Fully fitted kitchen and living-dinning room leading to a large terrace wiht BBQ, sunbeds and sea views. International TV channels and WIFI. Supermarket and Pharmacy on site. Walking distance to all kind of services and amenities. 400 metres from the beaches. Airport transfer available, ask for rates.

Fantastic location and apartment

Great location and the apartment was the best we have stayed in - the verandah/balcony was enormous which meant you didn’t really need to go anywhere if you didn’t want to. Estepona is very pretty and you understand why the Spanish choose to holiday there. Great holiday all round.

Wonderful big apartment, amazing balcony with full sun 10am-5pm. Loved the different seating arrangement. Doesn’t feel over looked and lovely view of marina. Main bedroom with en-suite is accessed through the apartment(separate to full facilities)and out on balcony. Great for us with old teens, not so much for younger families. Excellent complex(return visitors to here)and safe area within easy access to everything. Gym and padel courts only 5mins walk. No oven to cook but useful air fryer. Take your own beach towels. Underground parking but very easy to get free space on road. We’ll be back. Thank you.

Met by key holder on arrival,excellent apartment in great location. Rosa the apartment manager could not have been more helpful from airport transfers to a small problem we had she was very accommodating.

Beautiful apartment in wonderful location

Rosa welcomed us and showed us the garage and apartment. All rooms are spacious and well equipped. The outside space is very generous with magnificent views. The complex is quiet with plenty of space at the two pools. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the attractive beach and town of Estepona are only a short walk away.

Overall, a very nice,comfortable property with a huge terrace,which allows magnificent sea views. Just about everything you can think of is provided,to give an home from home feeling,with the addition of a few little luxuries. We only needed to call Rosa into action once and she resolved the small problem quickly.It would have been more convenient if the 3rd.bedroom had access from inside the apartment,instead of from the terrace. Only real downside is the steepness of the road leading to the property,however, the path winding down through the complex makes life much easier.The property is not for anyone with mobility issues.

A fabulous large roomy apartment in walking distance to Estapona... however, so much on the immediate doorstep, the little port its brimming with cafes, shops and restaurants too. A really bright airy apartment with everything you need for an easy relaxed stay. The three bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms (amazing showers) and kitchen too. The terrace is a fantastic space to relax, sleep, sun bathe, snooze and we spent all of our time when in, on this terrace. Its ashamed zone directly outside the apartment has a bug comfy sofa and chairs and the dining table is huge. The electric griddle BBQ was a hit too, makes cooking outside super easy and tasted delicious. we were a family of four adults, we all loved it and enjoyed our stay. I'd highly recommend and Rosa our contact was communicative and helpful. Thank you for sharing your wonderful apartment.

Apartamento espacioso y bien cuidado en una urbanización muy bonita cerca del puerto deportivo, a diez minutos andando de la playa y a quince del centro del pueblo. Las piscinas de la urbanización estupendas y todo el personal (socorristas, personal de limpieza y jardineria, etc) muy simpáticos. Rosa ha estado siempre atenta a lo que pudiéramos necesitar y tanto el check in como el check out han sido muy sencillos

Muy buen alojamiento

Desde el primer momento muy buena comunicación con Rosa la agente de la inmobiliaria que ha sido muy resolutiva y profesional y nos ha devuelto el dinero de la limpieza por no estar limpio el apartamento. Por todo lo demás perfecto, el apartamento está muy bien, con una terraza estupenda, personal muy amable del residencial y buena ubicación. Las piscinas muy tranquilas y limpias.
