About the host
Hosted by Rae
Hi, I'm Rae. My husband, Justin and I lived in Cheshire for over 20 years. We made the move to this beautiful part of Argyll just over 4 years ago for a quieter, slower and overall more relaxed way of life.
Why they chose this property
Dunoon is a friendly town and living across from the water allows us the most amazing opportunities for spotting sea life. I love running next to the water, Justin is a keen diver and as a family we enjoy beach activities like SUP, wild swimming, rock pooling, sea glass collecting and Imogen's favourite; pier jumping!
What makes this property unique
The option for guests to have both a cottage and a large house is great for groups where not everyone may want to stay in the same accommodation. The fact that Firthview House has a bathroom in each bedroom means that guests do not need share a bathroom. Both the cottage and the house have a hot tub which allows guests the choice of water views or some tranquil courtyard privacy.
