There is also a swimming pool for exclusive use ( 4 x 7 x 1,30 m).

The house therefore enjoys total privacy even though the owners live in the same building.

Kitchenette on the right side of the apartment, The large living room is an open space that includes a sofa bed and a dining table, with large French doors offer panoramic views and overlook the balconies.
To the left of the living room, opposite side from the kitchenette, is access to the master bedroom, which has a walk-in closet and another balcony with a sea view.
A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is available to guests.
