Casa Dica is located on the second floor of a historic villa, offering a peaceful setting close to the sea and all major destinations. The house’s main advantage is its proximity to the most popular towns in the Tigullio area, easily reached within a few kilometers. A trail near the property leads directly to the Monte di Portofino Park. Two private parking spaces are available just across the street, suitable for two cars or a minivan.



The location is convenient for reaching Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo, and Camogli—known as the city of lovers—within 10 minutes by car or bus. In case of bad weather, Genoa is easily accessible, with attractions like the Genoa Aquarium and the Illusions Exhibition, perfect for families and groups of all ages.



From August 8th to 10th, the village of San Lorenzo della Costa hosts its traditional festival with local products, live music, and on the evening of the 10th, a unique fireworks display with "mascoli," visible directly from the house for an unforgettable experience.
