Great location

A lovely, large house with nearby pool. The house was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and extremely close to the beach and pool.

Great place to stay

Very nice villa in a great location, near to beach and town . Very well equipped. The only negative comment I have is that we stayed 14 days and felt we should have had maid service and clean towels and bedding half way through our stay .

Regarding your question about having cleaning done during your stay, for a two weeks stay there is final cleaning included in the price, if guests would like extra cleaning and laundry this can be ordered for a fee. Perfect for our needs. Was great to have extra space to spread out. Easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, beach. I understand open food items left by previous guests need to be removed. Perhaps items for the beach could be left at the apartment, such as kids toys, umbrella, beach towels.

Best location in Nerja

We were here for the month of March. The property was clean and well stocked, beds were very comfortable and the location to beach and amenities was perfect. Also just a nice walk to the old town (Balcón) …. The only drawback was that it’s like they were not ready for us - needed extra towels and dish towels as we had extra people the first week - we had clogged drains in both showers, a new dishwasher needed to be installed and the coffee maker was not working. All the issues were addressed within first few days but again it was like they were not prepared for us. Regardless of these things the rest of the trip (3.5 weeks) was great. Thanks very much.

70. Geburtstag

Das Erlebnis dieser an sich sehr schönen Ferienwohnung wurde leider durch etliche Unzulänglichkeiten ein wenig getrübt.Das Haus schien vor unserer Anreise im Januar längere Zeit unbewohnt gewesen zu sein . Es roch feucht , nach abgestandenem Kaminrauch. Von den vorhandenen Fernbedienungen für die Klima/Heizanlage funktionierten nur 2 von 5. Nicht in Ordnung war:Regenduschkopf defekt und nicht nutzbarAbfluss Badewanne verstopftfehlende Glühbirnen im WohnzimmerFeuermelder lag demontiert im WohnzimmerSchranktür im Gäste WC wurde mit Pflastern verschlossenKüche: nur 2 intakte Kochtöpfe vorhandenBackbleche und Backofen nicht gesäubertund zu allerletzt: es war keine einzige Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden.

Hallo Antje Wir bedanken uns für die Bewertung unseres Hauses. Lassen Sie uns Ihre Ansprüche zu unserem Haus beantworten. 1. Das Haus hatte am Tag vor Ihrer Ankunft in unserem Haus gerade Gäste, die Gäste waren mit ihrem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und gaben uns 5 Sterne. 2. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer wird nicht genutzt, er dient nur zur Dekoration, es kann sich also nicht um Kaminrauch gehandelt haben. 3. Wir haben mittlerweile die Batterien in den Fernbedienungen der Klimaanlagen ausgetauscht, sodass nun alle 5 wieder funktionieren. 4. Der Duschkopf wird nun in der Dusche ersetzt 5. An der abmontierten Eingangstür ist kein Feuermelder, es handelt sich um einen Einbruchalarm, auf allen Etagen gibt es Feuermelder. 6. An der Schranktür unter dem Waschbecken in der kleinen Toilette musste eine Schraube festgezogen werden, sie ist nun repariert. 7. Wenn Sie alle Türen in der Küche geöffnet hätten, würden Sie sehen, dass sich in der Küche 4 Bratpfannen und 5 Kochtöpfe befinden, nur dass diese in zwei verschiedenen Schränken nebeneinander aufbewahrt werden. Wir haben dich nach deiner Ankunft im Haus angerufen und gefragt, ob alles so ist, wie du es dir gewünscht hast und du hast gesagt, es sei alles super gut. Und während Ihres Aufenthaltes haben Sie sich kein einziges Mal bei uns gemeldet, wir erhalten diese Information aber im Nachhinein. Wir hoffen jedenfalls, dass Sie einen schönen Urlaub hier in Nerja hatten. Beste grüße Fredrik und Ulrika
