The house is large and confortable, with its five bedrooms and four bathrooms, a good size swimming pool and exceptional views of the ocean. Nevertheless, the location in which it stands is a bit noisy due to the proximityto the road. Maintenance is also needed as the shower drains were clogged and the air con in the living room could not be used as it made the circuit breaker trip and knockout the appliances (fridge and freezer)in the kitchen. The house would certainly benefit from some TLC and better cleaning.
