This 1092sf unit has a totally remodeled kitchen, bathroom and refinished hardwoods. New stainless steel kitchen appliances including refrigerator w icemaker, microwave and large washer/dryer. Bathroom has a soaking tub, new vanity, tile and shower. All new windows with new blinds. HVAC replaced this year. Hot water heater were replaced last year. Concrete drive poured 2020.

Leather sofa has reclining chairs on each end. Master bedroom has queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed w roll out bed.

This is a fully furnished private home in an older, established and popular neighborhood within 15 minutes of Ridgmar mall, TCU, Dickies Arena, the Stockyards, the zoo, Botanic gardens, I-30 and downtown Ft. Worth. You can be at a Ranger Game in Arlington at AT&T Stadium (referred to by FIFA as Dallas Stadium) in 30 minutes as well as Hurricane Harbor. The house is 15 minutes away from TCU and Dickies Arena

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay, the location was very close to an event we participated at the Dickies arena. Wonderful tips and restaurant suggestions in the house notebook. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area!

Visiting for TCU Family Week

Wonderful little house close to everything!

Perfect location for Will Rogers coliseum

We travel to Ft.worth every year for the heifer and steer stockshow. We are always struggling to find close hotels with availability. This place was perfect proximity to the barns. House was clean and just as pictured.

Home away from home.

Property was amazing! We were able to do everything we wanted to do and we weren’t very far away. We had the chance to see the stockyards and downtown while also traveling to see some horse races. House was super clean, and a very quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay

We have stayed at this property in the past and will stay here again if it is available when we are in the Fort Worth area. The unit is cute, clean, comfortable and in a great area for doing anything in Fort Worth. Terry was a great host(ess). She is super responsive, accommodating and very nice to deal with.

Perfect for us!

What a great little space for my husband and myself while we were visiting our son at college. It fit our needs perfectly and was only about 10 minutes away from the TCU campus. The neighborhood was walkable and there was a great bakery just around the corner. We had a lovely stay and will come again! Definitely recommend!

Very Nice Location

Easy access to the full west side experience, quiet location, nice walks through the neighborhood, adequate living. TV however is below par in reception using air antenna. Happened to have a chromecast with me so was able to stream off my phone. Owner and secondary contact is responsive And helpful. Good value.

I'm sorry you had trouble with the TV. If you had told me I would have told you how to reset the antenna (which is needed every now and then.) You also can access hulu at the property as well.

weekend trip

My father and I road tripped to FTW for a father/daughter weekend for things happening at the FWSSR. I opted to VRBO for the simplicity of the experience. Terry was so personable and welcoming. She even brought us homemade cookies! The Arlington Heights home was precious and we could not have asked for more. Everything was tidy, well cared for, and minutes from everything we needed. We will certainly be staying her again!

Look no further

Great stay. Property manager was always available and answered questions promptly. Residence was cozy.neighborhood was beautiful and safe. It was close to several museums and close to the hospital. Temperature was controlled remotely at night and set a bit high. I tend to be cold nature but yet found myself sweating at night.

Great location. Nice little duplex. Check out instructions need to be updated to location of garbage/recycling bins. Didn’t find binder with instructions as referenced in the check-in information. Nest thermostat reset in the middle of the night and we woke up very warm. Overall good stay, would prob stay again.

Thank you for staying. The garages are connected but the building is not connected to any other unit. The garbage and recycling bins are right in front of the unit, to the left of the door. The binder is in a basket in the corner of the room. The nest thermostat didn't reset. It's a smart thermostat so I may have forgotten to take out previous guest settings. It is also a time of year where it can be hot during the day but get cold at night so it may have been changed to heat.

Great location, but smell of mold and mildew was very strong. Communication with owner was prompt but I was offered no refund because of smell. She disclosed she had a plumbing leak and should not have rented it until it was fixed.

That is incorrect. I have not had a plumbing leak there. All problems are fixed immediately. Sometimes older homes smell.

Stay was great!! Only bad thing was the heater was set to go up to 72 degrees only. Our bed was in front of the window so was a little cold at night. Living room got cold in the evening and couldn’t raise the temperature on the nest. Otherwise, area and accommodations were excellent. Very cozy. Thank you.

Felicia, You should have let me know you were cold! I was out of town so didn't realize how cold it was. I could have turned the heat up! I have preset settings and I think they were a little too low. I have new windows so surprised it was cold. Thanks for staying!
