The apartment, located on the first floor of a rural house, opens onto the living room furnished with a sofa, a TV, a rocking chair and a dining table. The living area also includes a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a toaster, a microwave and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both complete with a closet, one featuring a queen-size bed, the other one with a single bed and a desk. The double bedroom boasts access to the balcony with table and chairs, also accessible from the living room. Outside the entrance door there is a second balcony with a bench where guests can relax.

At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron air conditioning and heating.

*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
