Wonderful location and terrace!

Loved our stay! We had a wonderful time here overlooking Lake Como. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed, but know that the hose in the bath is not connected to the wall when taking a shower.

My vacation place dreamed

I had the best vacations ever :D the apartment is very comfortable and the view of the lake is amazing, and the lake is just right there going down, we have a kayak and I never wanted to get out of the lake, it’s beautiful :D the apartment has all you need, comfortable rooms and big bathroom, full equipped kitchen, and just next to the apartment you can find restaurants and supermarkets. Menaggio is very close and Dongo too, you can find biggest and cheapest supermarkets in Menaggio and Dongo. I really recommend the apartment. I am very sure I will be back because it is lovely.

Aquaseria Wohnung pro und contra

Am Abend vor unserer Anreise hatten wir noch keine Info, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen. Erst auf Nachfrage kam die Info am Vormittag unserer Anreise. Der Check in ging mit einem Schlüsselkasten und Fotos.Die Wohnung war leider insgesamt nicht sehr gründlich gereinigt, vor allem der Fußboden war schon länger nicht mehr gewischt worden. Viele Töpfe und vor allem die Bratpfannen sind schwarzgebrannt. Das Sofa und die Kissen wurden mit einem sehr intensiv riechenden Raumspray eingedieselt - schrecklich. Da die Strasse sehr vielbefahren ist, haben wir Nachts Ohrstöpsel benutzt.Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Um die Parks zu besichtigen ist die Lage der Wohnung gut. Es gibt ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft mit Backwaren. Wir hatten Anfang April sehr schönes Wetter.

Prachtig uitzicht over het Comomeer.

Heel prettig appartement, goede keukeninrichting/-spullen. Fantastisch terras met uitzicht over het meer. Enige minpunt is het lawaai van de drukke straat aan de slaapkamerkant. Goed gelegen, vlakbij het meer met restaurant.

Wunderschöne Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und perfekt für eine kleine Familie. Die Terrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight mit toller Aussicht auf den Comer See.

Toller Blick über den Comer See

Insgesamt eine sehr komfortabel eingerichtete, sehr große Ferienwohnung mit einem Eltern- und einem Kinderschlafzimmer, Bad mit Bidet und Jacuzzi, vollwertige Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Man muß allerdings 41 Stufen überwinden. Öffentliche/kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es direkt nebenan und gegenüber. Einziges Manko ist das fehlende WLAN (und ggf. internationale TV-Programme)

Große Wohnung mit herrlichen Seeblick.

Großer Wohn- Essbereich, schönes Bad und ausreichend große Schlafräume. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den See. Lage an der Straße kann je nach Verkehrswege laut sein. Verbessern kann man die Küchenausstattung. Bessere Töpfe wären erforderlich, außerdem gab es lediglich eine Kaffeetasse und ein Weinglas. Auf Nachfrage versprach man sich zu kümmern, passiert ist in fünf Tagen leider nichts.
