The house was amazing. So homely and welcoming. Would stay again. The view to the Mar Menor was beautiful. Pity the weather was not great. Would have loved to have sat out with a bottle of wine. And take in the rays.

Leuk huis aan een doodlopende straat met vanuit het voorterras een prachtig uitzicht over een natuurgebied en de Mar Menor.Er liggen leuke goodies klaar. Niet alleen wijn, bier, water maar ook verrassende dingen zoals een crème voor vermoeide voeten, toiletpapier gemaakt van gerecycled gras. In de keuken is werkelijk alles ruimschoots aanwezig om te koken.Grappig is de achter patio met een hoge rotswand.Wij stuurden op zondag een bericht of we een dag eerder mochten inchecken en kregen omgaand antwoord dat dit kon. Minpunten:Toen wij aankwamen (januari) was het huis ijskoud. En het duurde anderhalve dag voordat het huis lekker verwarmd was. Tip: als je de woning in de winter verhuurd, doe dan een dag van te voren de verwarming aan. Helaas mocht de haard niet aan voor holiday renters.Het hele huis staat trouwens vol met bordjes wat niet mag en de boete. Dit komt niet zo aardig over. En dan geen gebruiksaanwijzing hoe de airo werkt.De boiler is niet genoeg voor twee mensen om te douchen, laat staan als je met 6 personen boekt. De honden van de buren sloegen steeds aan zodra wij bij de achterkant naar buiten gingen. En dit waren geen huurders.

Thank you for your detailed feedback and for your kind comments about the location, views, amenities, and our responsiveness. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the heating on arrival. This is not typical, as the property usually warms up within around 30 minutes, so it’s possible the system was not set correctly prior to your arrival. We do provide a comprehensive guidebook (in English, French, Spanish, and German) with instructions for all appliances, including the heating, and we also offer 24/7 support, which we’re always happy to assist with—as you kindly noted. Regarding the fireplace, this is not permitted for safety reasons, and we aim to make this clear in advance. In terms of signage, the only notice relating to additional charges is for the BBQ, and this only applies if it is not left in good condition. The hot water system is a 100-litre boiler set to maximum capacity, which is designed to accommodate up to six guests. That said, we appreciate your comments and will continue to monitor this to ensure it meets guests’ expectations. We’re also sorry to hear about the disturbance from neighbouring dogs, which is unfortunately outside of our control. Thank you again for your feedback—it’s always appreciated and helps us maintain and improve the experience for future guests.
