Excellent location!!! We were very happy with everything. 4stars for clean room just because carpet needs a deep clean other then that property was very nice, spacious and very clean. Reception bit on the 6th floor confused us but never mind. In general we loved everything, would go back again!

Very good ower of the department named Adam. Very helpfule and was looking to do his best to make us have nice days i Krakow. Strongly recommend him and to make a visit to Krakow city

Disliked: Check-in, communication
Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Weichsel. In direkter Nähe befindet sich auch das jüdische Viertel Kazimierz. Die Altstadt lässt sich in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Ansonsten sind auch Tram-Stationen gleich in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war allerdings nicht optimal. Es gab vor ab keine wirklichen Infos wie zB der Check-In/Out abläuft und auch auf nachfragen wurde nicht wirklich reagiert. Im Endeffekt holt man die Schlüssel dann einfach in der Rezeption im gleichen Haus ab.Im Endeffekt hatten wir aber eine gute Zeit und würden die Unterkunft auch wieder nehmen.
