Property is rented and managed by a professional management company. Three attempts to reach them prior to arrival went unanswered. Expect only generic email or text messages from them. The only way to receive your key code will be to download their app and create a password. Once at the property you will find it lacking the attention to detail that you would expect when renting a private home. Don't be surprised if a maintenance contractor comes popping past your window in the morning as they do not advise renters of this. You may also be asked to haul heavy, full trash bins down a steep driveway. The key to the front door did not work so we used the back door only and the main TV remotes had dead batteries. Otherwise the property is reasonably nice and comfortable, but clearly not looked after with pride. If you are looking for a smooth, easy rental experience, this property may not be for you.
