In a lovely neighborhood nestled between the exclusive villages of Watch Hill and Weekapaug and bordering the Misquamicut Club golf course, this beautifully decorated home has it all. Hardwood floors & central air throughout. Available for Weekly & Monthly rental or minimum of 3 nights (off-season).

1st Floor Level: Large fully equipped kitchen with Quartz counters and stainless steel appliances, dramatic Great Room with vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and French doors to mahogany Deck. Dining area with pine farm table & chairs, Living area with built-in's, flat screen TV with Apple TV. 2 Guest Bedrooms (one with a Queen bed and one with twin beds) and a full bath on 1st floor.

2nd Floor Level: Ensuite Primary Bedroom with Queen bed, French doors and seasonal water views, Bath with glass tile, shiplap detail, walk in shower. 2nd Primary Bedroom with Queen bed, sitting area and French doors. Guest Bedroom with Queen bed. Shared Full Bath with walk-in shower. Vaulted ceiling Loft sitting area with desk provides privacy and space to read or work. Laundry area with full size washer & dryer.

Property Description: French Doors lead to a large Mahogany deck and stone/Belgium block patio overlooking professionally landscaped perennial gardens and expansive, level backyard. Teak chairs, chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs and a side Deck with teak dining table/chairs provide many areas for relaxing and entertaining complete with a great outside shower/cabana.

We love this house!

This is a great house for a family. We’ll appointed, lots of open space indoors and out. A short walk to the beach, the house has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation.

Amazing House Near the Beach

A beautiful, well-appointed house with a fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for a great week at the beach! Highly recommend and it will be the first place we'll call for our next trip to RI.

Great house both inside & outside

Great location, wonderful set up. Everything you need for a relaxing time is there. The separation of bedrooms gives nice privacy when u want it. Nice kitchen & baths.

'The best house we’ve ever rented!

This house and location were perfect for our family gathering at the beach! Beautifully decorated, a great kitchen with everything we needed and lots of space! A lovely backyard, a short walk to a great beach, minutes to shops in Watch Hill! An excellent, responsive host. Hope to stay there again.

Fantastic Property

Beautiful home with open floor plan and equipped with everything you could want for a week at the beach!! Wonderful deck, patio and spacious back yard. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, shopping in the area!

Lovely Home In A Quiet Neighborhood

We rented the house for a week for family coming in from overseas. The house is exactly as presented and Nancy is an excellent and communicative host. Highly recommend the house if you are looking for a central location along the Westerly beaches.

The perfect place for a family gathering!

This is the second year we’ve stayed at the lovely home in Westerly. It is decorated with interesting works of art, has a kitchen with everything you might need and great beds! Best of all, a short walk or bike ride to a very nice beach and a beautifully landscaped back yard! All the comforts of home and the beach! Who could ask for more?

A well-appointed house in a wonderful location. It was a perfect set-up for our three-generation family with a primary suite and separate suites for each of our two children and their families. It's a beautifully decorated house with a very well equipped kitchen and everything you need for the beach that's just a short walk away. Lovely outdoor living spaces.

This house was perfect. for our vacation...the owner was very helpful, responsive & Kind...The house the garage and the yard are very well maintained and organized... the house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. There are plenty of places for everyone to have their own space. Additionally, this house is located so close to such a uncrowded beach. It was a true pleasesure to rent this house and I 100% reccomend

Beautiful Beach House

A beautiful house in an amazing location! Nancy was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with, and even left out a basket full of age appropriate toys for my children to use while we were there (in addition to having a high chair, pack and play and other child-friendly items available). The interior and exterior of the house are both beautifully maintained, including a wonderful backyard with lots of seating. And the location is unbeatable! We walked to East Beach every day, and the house came equipped with chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. This is the perfect house for a family beach vacation!

Beautiful house, beautiful grounds, short walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach

The house is perfect for a family group of up to 9-10. Everything you could possibly want (from kitchen gadgets to bikes to beach umbrellas to wi-fi to Netflix, even a wireless printer!) is in this house. You can walk to the local convenience store and coffee/sandwich place or to the beach. The local Stop N Shop and CVS are about a 6 minute drive. We rent a large house for our family every summer and this has been the best yet. The owner, Nancy Hatfield, was very attentive to our needs and easily reached.

A great stay in Watch Hill!

Nancy was a fantastic host and the house was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, there were board games for rainy days, and the location was super convenient. A fantastic sandy perfect beach was within walking distance, and the house came equipped with chairs, a beach wagon, and toys. One note for families- the upstairs bedroom configuration is slightly different than some houses. There are two staircases-- the first one leads to the upstairs landing with the master + the second large bedroom coming off of it. The second staircase (back stair) leads to a smaller landing that connects to the second large bedroom (two entrances to that room), a bathroom, and a third bedroom. It's not easy to get to the third bedroom from the master (you have to go through a room or up and downstairs). This was fine for us, but good to know in advance!

Great house, great location, great owners

The house is wonderfully maintained. The layout was perfect for our two families plus grandparents, with three distinct sleeping/bathroom areas. The owners were very communicative both before our stay (regarding COVID uncertainties, etc) and during our stay when we had a few questions. The beach is a short walk down the road, and feels "private". Thanks for a great week!

Awesome Vacation Home!!!

This is absolutely the best vacation home we have stayed in. It is beautifully furnished with updated baths, very well equipped kitchen and has an amazing outdoor shower. It is just a short walk to a quiet beach. Owner was super accommodating offering us her port-a-crib and high chair. Loved this home and hope to go back. Highly Recommend. A++++

Beautiful property with great proximity to lovely beaches. Bedroom and bathroom floor plan offered privacy for multiple adult guests. Owners were pleasant, hospitable and accommodating. Kichen well equipped to prepare meals and home offers enjoyable open floor plan for shared space with great ambiance. Wonderful!

Beach rental at it's finest!

Our first time renting a vacation home and it was great from the moment we arrived. This house is as beautiful and immaculate as the pictures show. It was fully stocked for a causal or elegant stay. It has everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. Since we were there off season and for our son's wedding, we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to. We are forever related to this community now and definately want to return to this magnificent home.
