As you enter the 700 square foot 2 level cottage, there is a brand new high end kitchen with quartz countertops, Wolf dual fuel range, Subzero refrigerator and wine cooler, and Bosch dishwasher. The quartz island holds 3 stools and the table in the corner has seating for 4. The remainder of the downstairs living area has a 3 seat couch and a 48" flat screen Smart TV . Internet services provided.


There are ocean views on the first floor from the south side windows. A half bath and bedroom with 2 queen bunk beds, a twin pull out trundle bed and a washer and dryer that complete the first floor. Top Bunk perfect for children. As you climb the spiral staircase to the second floor loft/bedroom, there is a view of the Atlantic ocean from every window. This floor has a full bathroom with custom tile shower, rain shower head . The bedroom/loft has a queen bed with a large dresser.Every room in cottage provides high end paddle fan.
The street side of the yard has plush grass and new landscaping. The native pea gravel driveway with parking for 4 cars is lined with Belgian blocks. The entire property has been landscaped with native species including hydrangeas and peonies. There is natural rock stepping stones leading from the driveway to the main entrance of the house and also from the deck to the wooden staircase that leads down to the sandy beach.

This cottage is at the Watch Hill end of Westerly, far enough away from the traffic, but close enough to all of the amenities that Misquamicut Beach has to offer.
