THE AREA
Echo Beach sits in Plover Court right on Long Beach and the sand starts pretty much at the back door. Long Beach/Long Bay is the longest beach on the island and due to its location, it is a very quiet and secluded beach with only local dog walkers and people into fitness. It is nicknamed Kite Spot as it is very popular with the Kite and Wind Surfers who tend to also stay in the area.
The area is a quiet local area located 10 minutes from the airport making it a breeze to get to after a long journey. It is central to the Crane on the East Coast and Rockely to the South Coast and is 10 minutes from Oistens Fish Market.
The sky at night in this area is amazing due to being so close to the sea. The darkness makes the stars and moon really pop, so there is telescope provided.
ECHO BEACH
This 7500 square foot NEW Beach House was constructed in 2022 to the highest level designed by one of the island's renowned architects and has never been rented before so you could be the first.
The WOW factor starts at the entrance, a 10x6-foot front pivot door takes you into the main hallway. The house boasts amazing 12-foot ceilings throughout the entire house which gives the house such a clean and clear airy feeling. Four sets of 10-foot bifold doors open up to the beach side which is 20 feet away from the house with clear views of the sea and two sets of 30-foot sliding doors take you effortlessly to the 80-foot patio and pool area.
The kitchen is a huge 40 x 20 space with modern UK appliances throughout, all Miele or Bosch, the kitchen appliances being integrated into a beautiful 24 feet white Quarian worktop with a real social breakfast/dining space for 6- 8 guests and a beautiful Anthracite handleless kitchen.
The living area is a whopping 40 x 20 feet, with a 25-foot comfy sofa, crystal chandeliers and low evening lighting. There is an office desk for those who need to ensure business continues. This area also houses a dining table for 8 guests and the furniture also doubles up for outside eating.
The bedrooms are all oversized with 8 foot built-in his and her wardrobes in all. Digital ceiling fans are installed in every bedroom as well as central air-conditioning.
The master bedroom (bedroom 1) has its own two sets of 10-foot bi-folds looking straight out at the sea for those who like to see a sunset at 5.30. It has a separate walk-in his and her closet and also a very spacious en-suite which is equipped with a huge shower room and dual sinks. It has a super king four-poster bed with two bedside pedestals with accompanying bedside lamps. The aircon is controlled by a Nest Thermostat and there is also a digital ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 has a his and her closet and a double bed with a bedside pedestal with an accompanying bedside lamp, Nest Thermostat and a digital ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 has a his and her closet and a double bed with a bedside pedestal with an accompanying bedside lamp, Nest Thermostat and a digital ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 has a his and her closet and a double bed with a bedside pedestal with an accompanying bedside lamp, Nest Thermostat and a digital ceiling fan.
A fully networked IT system runs throughout the house connecting all rooms with fibre internet and CCTV covers the complex as well as a fully managed alarm system connected directly to a call centre.
The 80-foot patio and infinity pool look out at the secluded Long Beach. The salt pool is a beautiful size, 40 x 20 feet and has a 6-foot sun shelf for sunbathing and a viewing platform looking straight out at Long Beach and it is accompanied by an outdoor shower facility. The pool is also heated from November to January to take the edge off in the evenings IF the temperature lowers unexpectedly and the pool is maintained every week and is lit with internal and external LED lights.
The house has a separate Laundry room with plenty of cupboard space where towels and bedding can be found, as well as a separate sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
INN ON THE BEACH
Directly opposite the house is a separate one-bedroom annexe we call the Inn On The Beach. This unit has doors that open directly to the beach and the patio area. It has a self-contained kitchen which has plenty of cupboard space, a sink and a fridge. The bathroom is very spacious and has a huge shower room, toilet, sink unit and LED mirror. The bedroom is an open-planned area with a king-sized bed and a separate double pull-out sofa bed, and comfortably sleeps 4. The annex is fully connected to the internet via WiFi.
Central air conditioning runs through the entire property with certain rooms having their own temperature control.
