On your first night, we did inform you that the Barbados Water Company had recently completed repairs in the area, which required turning off the main water supply. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we acted promptly to resolve it. On the last night of your stay, a separate plumbing issue arose, likely as a result of the earlier repair and the increased water flow. We did our best to address this as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience. You also mentioned concerns about mosquitoes. While we strive to maintain a comfortable environment for our guests, being located on a Caribbean island by the ocean, surrounded by trees and vegetation, means that encounters with mosquitoes and other elements of nature are sometimes unavoidable. This is a part of the unique experience of staying so close to the beach. I was particularly surprised by your comments regarding broken toilet seats, as we checked thoroughly before your arrival and found everything in good condition. Additionally, our property description does not list air conditioning as an amenity, so we recommend guests review all details of the listing before booking, especially when visiting tropical destinations where certain features may not be standard. Lastly, I would like to address your remarks about the property photos. Being by the ocean in Barbados means that salt air and sea breezes can cause some wear over time, and while we work diligently to maintain the property, some natural aging is inevitable.
