We loved staying at this property in Sorrento. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The apartment is located across the street from the train station (convenient for our day trip to Pompeii) and has many good restaurants located within walking distance.

It was a beautiful apartment, just as advertised—the photos were very accurate. It was also in a great location. Quiet at night but close to everything. A key plus was a spacious balcony with gorgeous views of the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius! One drawback were the showers—small and challenging to navigate, particularly for larger individuals, but we managed. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable stay for our Sorrento vacation.

If you are looking for a clean place with easy walk to the train station, then this is a good location. We arrived by ferry and was also able to walk to the apartment. It was clean and spacious for us (2 couples). The air conditioning was good too. Kept the apartment cool!

The view from the balcony was amazing!! The apartment was very spacious for the 3 of us . Great location to walk down to the city center. And train station Unfortunately we noticed one of the bathrooms was not very clean hair on the floor. And we did not have any Dish detergent and a very old sponge. we reached out to the Property Management and they came the next morning very apologetic and did a great job cleaning. Overall had a nice stay in Sorento Can’t wait to return to the Amalfi coast again

During our four night stay in Sorrento, we had a wonderful time. It was very spacious. The air-conditioning worked wonderfully, the location was convenient to everything we did. The view was breathtaking. Especially in the morning seeing the sunrise and Mount Vesuvius in the distance. We enjoyed coffee and pastries every morning on the balcony.

The location was walkable to the town center

The location was walkable to the town center. It was across the street from the train station, but we never heard a train. It made it very convenient to travel to other cities like Pompeii and Rome. The host was responsive to any questions that we had.

The rooms and appliances were not very clean and outdated. The host was over 10 minutes late in greeting us. Not very communicative, sometimes combative, plumber had to be called to unclog bathroom showers and sink after first night’s stay. Many door handles, and closures not working properly, moldings coming off doors, the area was without water for 3 days and the hosts did nothing to try to help us by providing water to accommodate our stay. Never even alerted us to the water problem. We had to call them about it, shower stalls extremely tight to take showers in (24” /24” inch wide. The hosts came across as very inexperienced in accommodating their guests. Not business friendly or accommodating at all. The marketing photos did not match the reality of the space. All in all, not a favorable stay right from the beginning.

Cielomare was a wonderful place to stay. The communication leading up to arrival was very good. They even arranged for transportation from the train station on the day we arrived and to the airport when we left.
