Character farmhouse 3 minutes from the beaches (3 stars)

Character farmhouse of 130 m2, completely renovated in 2013 (3 stars)
It is located on the edge of the Petit and Grand Loch nature reserve, which leads to the beaches of Guidel.
Access to the sandy beaches is 4 km by road or by hiking trails that cross the reserve, classified as a wildlife reserve. Observatories are available day and night to observe the flora and fauna. (a great diversity of birds according to the seasons including a good number of rare species, as well as the European otter and the sand locust. The maintenance of this eco-system is done by a Scottish horse, bred in semi-freedom: The North West.
The large fine sand beaches of Guidel offer different activities, summer and winter: SWIMMING, KITE-SURF, SURF, PADDLE, KAYAK, LONGE COTE, DIVING, JET SKI etc ... (beaches monitored during summer periods.)
ESSENTIAL EVENTS OF THE REGION IN 2015:
- CALVACADE DE SCAER MAY 24 AND 25
- 12th edition of the 'VOLVO RACE' race (stops in Lorient on June 14 and starts again on June 17)
- The medieval Hennebont in late July
- 45th interceltic festival from August 7 to 17 (year of Cornwall and the Isle of Man)


This house consists of 4 bedrooms, one on the R. D.C with a double bed, one S. D.B with shower and independent W. C.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds and 2 single beds, a bathroom with bath and sink 2 sinks and independent W. C.
The living room on the ground floor is 45 m2, it consists of a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a table for 8 people and an adjoining lounge. The cloakroom is at the entrance and is closed.
A travel cot and baby chair are available on request.
South facing terrace of 20 m2 overlooking a 400m2 enclosed garden.
A garage is attached to the house, followed by 3 parking spaces in a private courtyard.

Nice house

Really enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. Very well setup if you have a dog. The garden is enclosed so no risk in loosing your pet

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Kinder konnten sehr schön im Hof und Garten spielen. Die Ausstattung war super.

Bretagne - eine Reise wert!

Das tolle, typisch bretonische Ferienhaus liegt mitten in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir wurden dort sehr gut aufgenommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der wirklich nette Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und war unaufdringlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist super für Wanderer und Fahrradfahrer. Wer jeden Tag an den fantastischen Stränden sein möchte, braucht einen fahrbaren Untersatz. Auch zum Einkaufen ist es zu Fuß zu weit. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort und hatten den Luxus, dass jeder sein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Es war eine schöne Zeit in Guidel!

Tolles und hübsches Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Fotos. Hier wurde mit viel Liebe ein alter Stall renoviert. Die Bäder sind schön und auch die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Das Sofa könnte mal erneuert werden, aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Uns hat es gut gefallen! Im Garten fehlt eigentlich nur noch etwas für Kinder (braucht aber auch nicht jeder). Praktisch war, dass die Kinder ohne Straßenverkehr im Innenhof mit dem Roller fahren konnten. Der Hund konnte durch den Garten flitzen, da alles gut eingezäunt ist. Mein Tipp: Vorher bei Google Maps das Haus suchen. Dort sieht man auch noch den alten Gebäudezustand. :)

Belle semaine dans jolie longère Bretonne

Au calme, à la campagne, beau séjour en Bretagne avec un soleil du Midi 🌞. Belle terrasse pour déjeuner et jardin clos pour les petits chiens. Parking privé. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire très à l'écoute. Bien située pour rayonner dans la région. A votre tour !

Magnifique !

Gite spacieux, fonctionnel, entièrement refait à neuf et un hôte très sympathique rencontré à l'arrivée et au départ dans la maison. Le tout dans une partie magnifique de la Bretagne ! Mon chien Gribouille a adoré lui aussi et a pu profiter du jardin.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist luftig und offen, es hat alles, was man braucht. Toll für die Hunde war der komplett eingezäunte Garten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig. Super zum Runterkommen. Da es in der direkten Umgebung keine Infrastruktur gibt, ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit der Familie sehr genossen.

Gîte au top

Nous avons passé 4 nuit dans ce gîte. Gîte spacieux, tres bien équipé, calme,on s'y sent comme chez soi, nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Beaucoup de ballades autours, la mer pas loin, il est idéalement situé pour profiter du grand air et de la nature. Le propriétaire est tres gentil, serviable , sans compter qu'une délicieuse brioche et une bouteille de cidre biologique nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Au plaisir de revenir dès que possible.

Nette Unterkunft

In der Wohnung haben wir uns von Tag zu Tag immer wohler gefühlt. Der Vermieter wohnt gleich nebenan und hat sich bei Bedarf ganz zuverlässig und nett gekümmert. Die Umgebung ist Traumhaft und die Fahrt zum Strand ist herrlich. Betten und Bad sind sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ländlich aber wie gesagt, wir haben uns von Tag zu Tag immer wohler gefühlt.

Maison de charme pour d'agréables vacances.

Originaire de la région Lorientaise, nous avons apprécié ce retour aux sources pour passer ces fêtes de fin d'année. Maison très agréable et très bien équipée avec des matériaux de qualités, les propriétaires sont discrets, très agréables et disponibles. Cette location se situe à mi chemin entre le village de Guidel et les plages du Fort bloqué. Spot renommé pendant de longues années pour les véliplanchistes. Nous avons pu apprécier avec nos trois enfants le calme de la campagne, le grand air de la mer, ainsi que la proximité de la ville. Nous recommandons sans hésitations cette location pour passer d'agréables vacances

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines dans cette maison très bien rénovée et très confortable à vivre. Il y a de très belles balades à faire aux alentours. Le jardin clos est très pratique pour les petits et la terrasse très souvent ensoleillée est agréable pour les grands aussi ! les propriétaires nous ont fait partager leurs bonnes adresses du coin (restos, producteur de légumes ...) et sont charmants. Une des plus chouettes maison de vacances que nous ayons louée de l'avis de tous !

Très belle endroit

Très bon week-end passé dans cette belle maison, très bien rénové avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Très spacieux, avec un jardin pour respirer l'air breton !! Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la réserve mais à faire lors de notre prochain séjour car c'est une adresse à conserver. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et très accueillants. Je vous le recommande.

trés belle location

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour dans cette location;trés propre;lumineuse et spacieuse(nous étions 8).Longère avec beaucoup de charmedans la campagne,accés rapide à la plage en voiture;et le hameau est agréable,départ de promenade à proximité. L'acceuil des propriétaires était trés chaleureux aussi!Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!!
