A lovely house that needs a bit of TLC - broken blinds, a slightly tired look and a scruffy garden wasn't a problem but our party including the babies were biten by mozzies due to the broken blinds. The house is however spacious and well equiped. Communication with the local manager was not great - answered queries a day later and sometimes in French (we do speak the language but not great if you dont) and was almost rude at times in his replies. A lovely area and an ideal time of year to take two very young babies to France. Three generations all had a great week.

Lovely holiday house in great location

We recently stayed at this villa for one week as an extended family group and were very happy with it. It was very clean upon arrival, the beds were comfortable, all mod cons available in the kitchen and the utility room with washer and dryer was perfect for a family travelling with young children. We were unlucky with the weather (it was rainy and windy all week) so the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing as they kept the kids (and adults!) entertained and happy. We also loved walking down to the beautiful local beach (even in the storm) and treating ourselves to delicious crepes from the little van there. Only negative: there was no stair gate for our toddler which made the first couple of days a bit stressful, but the owner resolved this very quickly by fitting one for us. All in all a great week in a fantastic property. We would return. Merci!

Great place for families to share with a pool

We were 3 families - 6 adults and 6 kids, 3 - 11. This was a great house for us: 3 single beds in one room, 2 single beds (one was mattress on floor), in another, and the little one in a cot with Mum and Dad. Each adult room had a double bed, and more or less their own bathroom. The beds were good, and the bathrooms were all clean with good water pressure. The winner of this property for us was the indoor pool. The kids LOVED it, and it was big enough for them all to be in and splash around. The spa pool took a couple days to heat up, but then it was great too. Unfortunately the sauna was broken, so we never got to use it. There is a teenagers room upstairs from the pool, also connected to the roof terrace, but our kids were a little young for and didn't tend to use. The kitchen had most things you would need, and has a little fridge there, and a bigger fridge in the nearby utility room. There is a pod and filter coffee machine, but we brought our own so didn't use. Living space: We didn't manage to find an English TV channel, but we had 1 downloaded movie for the kids so managed to connect a laptop to the TV so that could work. On that - one of the biggest problems is the wi-fi is terrible. If you plan to put on movies in the way we did make sure they are pre-downloaded to your laptop. If you need to do some work while away you're going to have difficulty opening any files / images that are med to large size. I didn't try any zoom meetings, but I'm not sure how well they would cope. You might have to sit outside - seemed to be the best spot. We did manage to have a fire, so that was nice, but couldn't work out how to control the air coming in. The sofas are comfy, but for 12 people, it was either the kids sitting there or the adults. We tended to sit around the dining table more - this is long and had enough chair for everyone - excellent. The downstairs is 'open' to the upstairs, so once a couple kids are up and have gone downstairs, everyone can hear them. Maybe a heavy curtain over the bottom of the stairs would help soften the sound. The management team were very nice and helpful, however having had ample time before we arrived, it was annoying to then discover there was only 1 half toilet roll, 1 rubbish sack, tiny salt & pepper, and very light on dishwashing / laundry detergent. 12 people paying for 7 days.. I would have expected better. It's close to the beach, with lots of great walks nearby. We had a great time - thank you!

Nous vous remercions pour votre appréciation et sommes désolés pour les désagréments que vous avez bien voulu partager. Nous rencontrons effectivement depuis le début de saison quelques soucis avec l'un des volets roulant de la villa, qui mérite d'être changé. Vous comprendrez que ce type de travaux - conséquent - ne peut être réalisé en pleine occupation de la villa et que nous devons attendre la fin de saison lorsqu'il n'y a plus de location pour initier le chantier. De même un nouveau sèche linge (et non lave-linge, ce dernier étant neuf) a été commandé pour être remplacé début septembre. Toutes les moustiquaires ont été contrôlées en début d'été et aucune ne présentait de déchirure ... il n'est pas possible de changer une moustiquaire à chaque fois qu'un locataire en abime une malencontreusement. Vous évoquez par ailleurs le "ménage léger" que vous avez pu constater. Après avoir fait le point avec la conciergerie en charge de notre maison, il apparaît que vous vous êtes présenté à la villa avec une bonne heure d'avance sur l'horaire convenu. Afin de vous être agréable et que vous puissiez disposer de la maison dans les meilleurs délais, la conciergerie a pressé le pas sur le ménage. Le ménage "léger" s'explique donc par le non-respect de l'heure de check-in qui était convenue entre la conciergerie et vous. Vous auriez donc pu en tenir compte dans votre appréciation. Enfin, en ce qui nous concerne nous nous abstiendrons de commenter le fait que vous aillez effectué une réservation sur la base de 1 adulte et 2 enfants alors que vous avez occupé la maison à plus de 10 personnes pendant la quasi totalité du séjour. Bien à vous.

Revoyez l'annonce. Les photos ne mettent pas assez la maison en valeur. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de la maison vis a vis des photos. Par exemple on ne comprend pas que la piscine est dans la véranda juste a côté du salon. la salle de jeux paraissait immense.

points positifs; procédure d'entrée dans les lieux parfaite , Valérie est adorable , dynamique et réactive maison( dont literie )confortable ;piscine et jacuzzi bienvenus car semaine maussade ++ chambres de l'étage spacieuses très agréables points négatifs: internet en panne donc privés pendant tout le séjour malgré les efforts de Valérie .Nous aurions apprécié un mot ou un appel du propriétaire pour s'excuser du désagrément ( nous n'aurions pas choisi cette maison si nous avions été au courant de ce déboire )voire même une compensation financière mais rien .....la maison a besoin de quelques réparations , on voit bien que le propriétaire habite loin et ne se préoccupe pas assez de Ti Enez néanmoins semaine agréable

presque parfait

Presque parfait mais un peu déçu par pleins de petits détails. On devine assez rapidement que c'est une maison qui a été conçue pour de la location à la semaine et qui a vu passer énormément de monde. Elle est agréable mais à certains aspects un peu sous-entretenue: plusieurs stores électriques défectueux (dommage la vue est sympa), pile d'horloge HS, fenêtre de velux sale, plinthe de bas de meuble de cuisine cassée et béante, 1 des 2 frigo pas fulgurant, serrures un peu dures, terrasse d'etage non nettoyée et glissante, chauffe serviette capricieux, vaisselle ébrechée, frite de piscine en miette & inutilisable (heureusement nous avions ramener les notres, que nous avons laissées par solidarité pour les suivants), bâche de jacuzzi presque en lambeaux, cheveux/poils dans certains orifices du jacuzzi, 1 repose-tête de jacuzzi absent, qqs interrupteurs mureaux tellement utilisés que la peinture s'efface, support de papier toilette preque arraché du mur, socles wc instables et désaxés, serviettes de bain tachées, qqs contours de portes tâchés, flexible de douche fatigué. J'ai pris des photos de tout ça. Pour le prix demandé, toutes ces négligences sont un peu limites. Mise à part ça l'agencement de la maison est bien, la piscine aussi, la proximité du littoral.
