This is a beautiful property with a canal at your back door (after walking through a courtyard) and restaurants and shops on the other side of the beautiful gate off the front courtyard.The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, the ambience of "old Italy" is great and you won't be disappointed.We did have an electrical problem one day, but it was corrected while we were out having lunch.We can fully recommend this property and hope to use it again in the future.

This place is exactly what we were hoping to find. It gave us an authentic Venetian experience. The property adds to the surreal feeling of being in Venice to begin with! Walking through the ornate gate and past the property's garden, with its mature trees, truly sets the scene before you walk through the building's impressive front doors. Inside, the apartment's terrazzo floors are just magical. The whole space is decorated with antique pieces, and it truly heightened the experience of our stay. Windows in the living room face the entrance, and the kitchen windows at the opposite end face the building's inner courtyard. You can even glimpse the hall that leads to the building's back doors, which open to the canal beyond.The common areas, the garden, and the courtyard are not part of the rental; guests are asked not to enter these areas as they are private property. But this is not an issue at all; there is plenty to explore once past the front gate. The location is exceptional! Right off what feels like your own local plaza with a gelato store, crisscrossing canals, and bridges, the space just outside the property is a perfectly portioned slice of the city of Venice. Once the day trippers leave, you feel like you are a local coming and going from your own Venitian mini palace.

Logement très calme dans une rue animée proche d'un arrêt de la ligne 1 du vaporeto et du cœur de la ville. Lits confortables et spacieux, le charme de l' ancien. Le rez-de-chaussée (cuisine salle à manger et salon) manque de lumière naturelle mais on ne vient pas à Venise pour rester au salon. Séjour très agréable.
