Apartment located in the Historic Centre of Venice in the San Marco Sestiere, the most exclusive location in Venice, just 300 metres from the famous St. Mark's Square and 500 metres from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment consists of two double rooms with a bathroom on the first floor, a single room with a bathroom on the second floor, a living room with kitchen on the third floor and a magnificent terrace on the fourth floor. Upon request, 1 additional bed (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. Arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

We had a wonderful stay. The property is a very unique layout (to us at least) on multiple floors which made for lots of separation and space for our family. You have to be ok with stairs! There was laundry, all of the kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, and the rooftop patio was relaxing above the city. We have an adventurous family and were able to navigate our way back to the train station walking about 2km as opposed to the water taxi or vapererto which saved us a pile of euros and time. Highly recommend doing this if you’re ok with walking and luggage and want to save. The location was perfect for exploring Venice. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Venice and this property was just perfect! It was very clean and full of amenities. The location is in walking distance of all the desirable site seeing sites and many restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias are very close by. We would definitely stay here again and are going to recommend to our friends and family.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, well appointed and centrally located. Cute restaurants just around the corner on a quiet square. The third bedroom was small and the stairs were steep, but it’s worth noting if you’re traveling with young children or older adults.

We stayed in this property for a family trip with 3 teenagers. The property was clean when we arrived. The kitchen had the basics needed for meal prep. This was a midpoint on our trip so we used the laundry machines and they worked well. The apartment is in a quiet area and was within about a 10-15 minute walk to most attractions. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including grocery stores. The air conditioning units cooled the apartment well and there were units located in each of the bedrooms - we were there during August when outdoor temps were quite high! The host was very responsive and was flexible with allowing us an early check in to store our luggage. There are a lot of stairs in the unit, which seems to be common of apartments in Venice, so if mobility is a challenge this may not be a great option for someone. Overall, we had a great stay here!

Clean and cute property. 3 bedrooms (one very small) worked well for my family. Comfortable beds. Laundry (bring your own detergent). We enjoyed Venice and this terrace apartment is a very good location near San Marco. Spiral staircase, 4 floors (including rooftop terrace).

Loved this place. Great location in Venice. Check in process was great. Huge master bathroom with a regular size shower & bathtub. Has a washer & dryer which was great! Power did go out, but was able to reach the property manager right away & she told us how to get in back on. Loved the rooftop! We sat out there & drank wine! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Apartment! Great Location!The apartment was large and spacious. Very clean and totally meet all our needs. Easy walk from the Watertaxi and the excellent directions, which included step by step instructions, provided by our host made it easy to find. Lots of good restaurants in the area and convenient to attractions. Definitely glad we stayed here!

The location was amazing, really close to where we wanted to be, which is partially why we chose this location. They did not provide us with enough toilet paper, dish soap, or laundry detergent, which is pretty standard for Italian hosts. The beds were very comfortable, they gave great directions to find the location, and the pictures were very accurate. However, we tripped the electricity by using too many electronics at once (easy to do in Italy) and they picked up the phone and politely walked us through the process. I would stay there again.

This was a fantastic place. Highly recommend. There are a lot of stairs so if that is a concern, book else ware. The 3rd bedroom/twin room has no extra room for anything besides a person. Having a real washer and drier was amazing!! Beds were comfortable and there was space in bathrooms to move around. I loved not having to coordinate to meet someone to check in.

Kitchen was great, needed more dish washer soap, garbage bags and coffee pods though.The location was IDEAL! The apartment was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and the place was spacious! The balcony was great too! However there were a few things needing work: 1) the railing on the stairs near the kitchen was flimsy, so it wasn't a reliable safeguard. 2)Several radiators did not work. The ones not working were the smaller bathroom, the hallway of that bathroom and the smallest bedroom, adjacent to that small bathroom. 3) it was VERY hard to open the front door, until we finally got the hang of it.

We had 5 people in our group and the living room and kitchen were a challenge to have us all together. Each bedroom is on a different floor and the living room on another floor. We were unable to use the terrace due to rain but were told we had to be quiet if we were to use it because neighbors complain. There were no provisions, i.e. salt, pepper, coffee, etc. And while having a washer/dryer was great; no detergent was provided. Only one bathroom had shampoo. Location was good, but the overall experience wasn’t worth it in comparison to other properties we’ve stayed at in Venice.

Venice Hideaway

Stayed 2 nights with 5 people, everyone had a bed and there were 2 bathrooms. Huge bonus with the washer and dryer. Cons: no hair dryers, no dish soup, etc. Great directions by the host from airport with lots of options.
