The house is 2.5 km distance from the city center of Pula, the largest city in Istria, set in a peaceful countryside location 2 km distance from the beach. House Gitta can sleep up to 4 guests and consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen with dining table and living room with sofa on which 2 kids can sleep and a fireplace.
In front of the house is a 50 m2 big terrace surrounded by beautiful green garden with a pool and a perfect place for relaxing in the sun. At disposal is a table outside, sofa and armchair on the terrace and a barbecue. House Gitta has WiFi, private parking for 2 cars and provides everything for a relaxing holiday ideal for a family.

Excellent relaxing holidays

We were able to spend two wonderful relaxing weeks in this beautiful holiday home. Everything we needed was there. It looks the same as in the exposé. The homeowners were very very nice. Everything was cleaned. The pool was also cleaned several times. We would love to spend our next vacation there again. We can recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a relaxing time. Hervorragendes Ferienhaus, blitzsauber, sehr schöne Anlage. Genau wie beschrieben. Unsere sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber haben uns sehr unterstützt und haben uns Erkebnisse und Bademöglichkeiten gesucht die trotz Gehbehinderung machbar waren. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und das Grundstück ist kaum einsehbar. Wenn es irgendwie machbar ist werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder hinfahren. Noch nie hatten wir ein so hervorragendes Ferienhaus wo auch der Grillrost blitzsauber war. Nochmals vielen Dank an Kristina und Doriano für den gelungenen Urlaub.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber , in der Küche fehlt es an nichts , unsere Hunde hatten sehr viel spass im kompletem eingezäunten Garten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit . Selbst der Pool wird jeden 2. Tag gereinigt. Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einem großen, schön angelegten Garten!Kommunikation mit Kristina war immer hilfreich, wir haben den Weg unkompliziert gefunden. Der Garten ist immer top gepflegt, mit grünem Gras und Bäumen. Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Im Garten findet man zusätzlich eine Privat-Ecke mit zwei Liegen im Schatten, einen Grillofen mit allem, was dazu gehört.Das Haus ist sehr bequem, hat eine Veranda nach Süden und eine nach Westen, wo man den Sonnenuntergang mit Glas Wein genießen kann.Im Haus ist alles sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, man findet alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Schönes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und Bidet. Alles blitzeblank sauber. Küche bietet alles zum Essen-Zubereiten an.In wenigen Auto-Minuten erreicht man Pula mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Strände sind mit Auto gut erreichbar, wir sind immer zum Kamenjak gefahren (mit Auto 15 Euro am Tag, zu Fuß - kostenlos, da man außerhalb der Halb-Inselchen parken kann). Auf dem Weg dorthin kann man günstig tanken und leckeres Obst/Gemüse und Backwaren kaufen. Für Abendausflüge ist Fazana zu empfehlen - 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.Insgesamt war das ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, besten Dank an Kristina und Doriano!

Tolles Haus und perfekte Gastgeber

Wir (zu dritt mit Hund) haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Unser Hund hat die Freiheit im riesigen Garten genossen und wir die Abkühlung im tollen Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der näheren Umgebung, Strand hat uns am besten in Fazana (beim Campingplatz in den Wald rein bis vor ans Meer) gefallen. Hund kein Problem, Schattenplätze vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind absolut liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Kurzum: Mit dieser Unterkunft macht man nichts verkehrt und wir können sie sehr empfehlen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter, Kristina und Doriano, sind sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Pool wird alle 2 Tage nach Vorankündigung gereinigt. Grundstück ist perfekt für Hunde, alles eingezäunt, auch für große Hunde.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir hatten hier mit unserem Hund 2 wunderbar entspannte Wochen . Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und komplett eingezäunt. Es wurde regelmäßig nach zeitlicher Absprache der Pool gereinigt oder der Rasen gemäht. Kristina und Dorian waren beide sehr sympathisch und haben stets geschaut ob wir uns wohlfühlen ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingericht und sauber! Die Lage ist perfekt, da man einerseits seine Ruhe hat und doch sehr schnell in Pula ist oder verschiedene Strände besuchen kann. Wir sind abends gern mal mit U.b.e.r. 10 nach Pula rein. Man hat alles was man benötigt von Sehenswürdigkeite, guten Restaurants um die Ecke als auch schöne Strände. Rundum wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen dort und kommen sehr gerne dorthin zurück!

Perfekter Urlaub in einer perfekten Unterkunft

Es würde den Rahmen sprengen hier alles genau aufzulisten. Klar gibt es hier und da mal was, doch das wäre meckern auf zu hohen Niveau. Die Gastgeber unwahrscheinlich nett und helfen wo sie können. Sie kamen nicht vorbei ohne vorher bescheid zu geben und die unterhaltung auf englisch klappte perfekt.Das war der urlaub aus dem man nicht mehr wegwollte

Urlaub Pula

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war ein modernes, sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit Terasse und Pool und einem tollem Garten sowie einem überdachten Parkplatz auf dem Gründstück. Außerdem war der Garten ideal für unseren Hund da er sicher eingezäunt war! Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr nett empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden! Jederzeit wieder.

Wir waren als kleine Familie mit unserem 6 Monate alten Baby im Haus von Kristina & Doriano. Es war perfekt. Die Sauberkeit, die Lage und das riesige Grundstück sind top! Rundum perfekt

Das Haus ist in einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr sauber. Der Pool super sauber und wurde zwischendrin auch gereinigt. Ist komplett umzäunt und mit unserem Hund toll da er immer Schatten gefunden hatte. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind auch vorhanden. Tolle Terrasse und Garten. Sehr liebe Gastgeber die sich wirklich darum kümmern.

Top huis met fantastische tuin!

Het huis is fantastisch! Nog mooier en beter dan op de foto's. Zeer gastvrije verhuurders, erg behulpzaam. Zwembad en tuin worden prachtig onderhouden. Het ligt in een rustige buurt vlak bij alle gewenste voorzieningen: een stad, strandjes en winkels.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unserem Hund auf dem Grundstück. Kristina und ihr Mann gaben uns Tipps für die Region, ein Willkommensgeschenk (super lecker!). Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet - uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Garten ist nicht zu übertreffen, wunderschön! Danke für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus

Kristina und Dariano haben ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus mit riesigem Garten und Pool. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde alles eingerichtet und angelegt. Wir waren rundherum begeistert und mehr als zufrieden. Es liegt etwas abgelegen und doch ist man in kurzer Zeit an verschiedenen schönen Orten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir wûrden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war super sauber und gepflegt. Kristina und Dariano haben uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen und uns auch noch den ein oder anderen Tipp für Unternehmungen/Essen gegeben gegeben. Zwei wunderschöne Wochen in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und das Haus ist mit Stil und Charm eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Pool war spitze. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall können wir dieses Ferienhaus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Alles war super!!

Wir durften zwei tolle Wochen in dem Haus verbringen. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, ein riesiger Garten und ein toller Pool. Die Lage ist perfekt gewesen, da man innerhalb kürzester Zeit jeden Ort in der Umgebung problemlos erreicht. Die Vermieter sind wirklich herzliche und tolle Menschen. Wenn man ein Anliegen hatte, haben sie sofort geholfen. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus sofort nochmal buchen!!
