Etoile de Mer is surrounded by palm trees on an acre of land on Sunset Bay one of the islands prettiest beaches and known for its privacy. Custom designed to catch the leeward breezes which gently waft through the house, Etoile de Mer feels more like a lovely home, not a rental. Divide your time between the beach, just steps away, and the large fresh water pool, gazebo and deck at Etoile. The gentle tides of Sunset Bay offer on opportunity to wade, swim, snorkel or kayak. The fine white sands bid you to take long walks or sit and watch the sunset.

This vacation villa is three floors: The ground floor is a self-contained apartment with its own exterior entrance (as well as an interior staircase to the upper level), living room, bedroom and full bath.

The Main floor on the pool and deck level has a spacious living room with ceiling fans, large kitchen, screened in porch, two bedrooms, two full baths and a wrap-around veranda.

The upper level has the master suite with a balcony overlooking the bay, sunken bathtub, bathroom and a large two headed shower. All the charm of a luxury Caribbean vacation home is to be found at Etoile de Mer.

Additional/Optional Sleeping Areas: 3-bedroom main plus 1-bedroom apartment.

*No parties or any gatherings exceeding the maximum number of people allowed at any given time
*Air conditioning metered and charged at market rate + 12% tax (Bedroom AC and lower apartment living area)
*This villa features a 3 bedroom main area plus a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor.
The apartment is never rented separately from the main area.
* Generally offered by the week with Saturday-to-Saturday basis
*One midweek cleaning included for every 7 nights stay
