Had a great stay, the house is so well appointed, everything you could ever need for cooking, going to the beach or entertainment. Such a beautiful layout, pool and the view is gorgeous. Mark was super responsive when we had questions. We had a fabulous stay and hope to back!

Comfortable and Scenic

Overall a very nice property to stay in, beautiful ocean views, lovely outdoor space with a pool, comfortable house, quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay! The host Mark was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. He also provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our trip. The house itself was immaculate—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to access all of our planned excursions. Highly recommend this property!

Summer getaway

Mark was an excellent host who clearly provided all the information we needed for the trip as well as additional information like local restaurants and grocery stores. He was quick to respond with any questions. The check in process was quite easy, house and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed including dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils and the location and view could not be beat. The house is close enough to Grace Bay amenities while maintaining privacy. The view was gorgeous and we spent lots of time by the pool. We even worked a couple of days while staying there and the house was well equipped for two of us to work without being crowded. We are looking forward to another trip soon!

Beautiful Turks Villa

The villa was a wonderful retreat. It was spacious, open, and immaculately clean. The decor was modern and tasteful. The living space opened up to a wide patio and private pool. The downstairs and upstairs patios faced the ocean, so the views were amazing. There was pretty beach we could walk to in 5 minutes. Or a 5 minute drive to Smith’s Reef for snorkeling or Grace Bay for more beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals at home. The owner was very fast to respond to questions and a special request I had. He was very kind and gracious and helped make our stay perfect!
