Access to the property is by token, and the lights are activated through the use of a magnetic card. Pets are allowed on request. However, guests cannot leave their pets behind during the day as they will have to take the card, and there will be no light and air conditioning in the house.

This holiday apartment offers a fantastic location as it is next to the cycle-pedestrian path that runs along the river Mincio and connects Lake Garda with Mantua. A resort town, Peschiera del Garda, is at the southern tip of Lake Garda and is only a 15-minute drive away. Within a 15-20 minute drive, you can reach nearby lidos and beaches like Bergamini Beach and Spiaggia di Sojourn. Golf enthusiasts can find Golf Paradisetto and Parco Golf Paradiso del Garda, both under a 10-minute drive from the rental.
