Stinkendes Haus an top Lage

Das Haus befindet sich an ausgezeichneter Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht. Das war’s dann leider schon! Es ist schlecht unterhalten und mangelhaft gereinigt. Das grösste Problem war, dass der Anbau mit zwei Zimmern nicht benutzbar war, da es nach Abfluss und Kloake gestunken hat. Die Agentur konnte und wollte uns nicht helfen, da der Gestank nicht fotografisch festgehalten werden konnte. Der Eigentümer hat sich bis heute nicht bei uns gemeldet und hat auf unsere Anfrage nach Reduktion nicht ebenso reagiert. Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist insofern irreführend, als nicht alle Zimmer benutzbar sind, was sich wiederum auf den Preis auswirken sollte. Wir haben über CHF 7000.- bezahlt, das Haus ist es mit diesem Gestank leider nicht wert.

Le bonheur au paradis

Un doux rêve en ce debut Mai, qui dès notre arrivée nous donnait déjà l'envie d'y revenir, et lors de notre retour nous a laissé un grand vide. Une incroyable vue... Vivement une prochaine fois et pourquoi pas en hiver...

Une maison et un emplacement exceptionnels !

Cette maison est un excellent compromis entre le calme de la guarigue et les activités de la plage. Tout est accessible facilement. Elle est fonctionnelle, sécurisée pour les enfants, spacieuse et la vue sur le golfe est imprenable je la recommande sans réserve.

La maison, la vue, la piscine, la localisation sont extraordinaires! De petites améliorations sur l entretien et l ameublement/équipement et ce serait parfait. Le ménage pourrait être bien amélioré :)

Parfait!

Très belle maison bien située et bien aménagée pour un grand groupe comme nous étions (10 personnes avec enfants). Même fin octobre, la piscine peut être utilisée. Les enfants ont passés de bon moments dans l'eau sans avoir trop froid... La région est magnifique, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances!

Au-delà de nos attentes.

Campomoro:petit village magique pour sa douceur de vivre et dont les habitants sont extrêmement accueillant afin de vous faire partager le meilleur de leur région. La villa : tout à fait conforme a nos attentes . la vue est époustouflante sur le golfe de Val Inco. Jean-François le propriétaire: un homme charmant, qui nous a permis par ses informations, sa réactivité face à nos demandes de passer de superbes vacances. Nous avons certainement trouvé le lieu et l'adresse de nos vacances pour l'année prochaine. Agnès et François

Magnifique

Superbe vue sur la baie de Campomoro, y compris depuis la piscine. Maison confortable et bien agencée. Mème sans climatisation et avec 30° la journée, on y est très bien, et on y dort bien. A recommander.
