This new upscale, professionally decorated home is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the Emerald Coast's largest Golf and Beach Resort. An exclusive, secure gated golf and beach resort with 24 hour security personnel creates the perfect family vacation spot! This home is located in a cul-de-sac with a large yard to enjoy. We feature wood floors, granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, comfortable pillows, linens, towels and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. You will enjoy the cheerful décor and all the little extra touches like the furnished spacious back porch overlooking the lake toward the pool. Try your morning coffee and evening sunsets while relaxing in the rocking chairs on the large white pillared front porch. There is a wrap around sofa with a twin sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping convenience and this house comes complete with cable TV in each room as well as WIFI access.

The master suite on the main floor features a king bed. Two twin bedroom are also on the main floor. Upstairs, in our over-sized room is the queen suite with a large walk in closet and private bath. The upstairs bedroom also has a twin daybed with trundle. This house has an air conditioning system for upstairs and downstairs. It keeps the upper level cool even during the hot Florida summers.

This property boasts a NEW 4 passenger golf cart with lithium battery. This cart is lighter, faster and more comfortable than most golf carts in the resort. It is a must try, you will be hooked. You can also upgrade to a 6 person cart or upgrade and get both the 4 and 6 person golf cart. The golf cart is a great way to explore and see all the resort has to offer. You can use the tunnel to get to the beach or shop, dine and be entertained at Grand Blvd.
