Amazing Place

We had a great Spring Break

We loved this house and Sandestin Resort. The house was beautiful and spacious for our needs. The community pool was close nearby, convenient and heated. The golf cart was awesome and helped us get around to the beach abd Baytowne Wharf. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Sandestin was beautiful with lots of sidewalks and walking trails. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

The best place to stay in Sandestin. The house is on a corner lot in a very nice resort neighborhood. Nicely decorated with very cool antique item repurposed into tables and furniture. Very clean with wrap around porch. I want to live there.

We loved this house and the neighborhood. It is a beautiful home in a quiet, gated and well maintained golf community. The golf court added a nice touch to the experience. The management company was easy to work with and very quick to respond. Thank you for the wonderful family memories!

Beautiful home, GREAT location!

This home is so pretty and very clean! We loved the way it was decorated and the lay out! We took our little dogs and they loved it as well and the large yard to take walks in. It was a fantastic central location to the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment! All so convenient to get to. We also really utilized the golf cart that comes with the rental, Such an added bonus! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Vacation Greatness!

This stunning house in Laurel Grove of Sandestin Resort turned out to be my family's favorite after 20 years of renting within the resort. This home is decorated beautifully, yet comfortably for our entire family. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining area. The kitchen was laid out perfectly and bedrooms were spacious and comfy. The wrap-around porch was a peaceful place to have morning coffee and an evening cocktail. The 6 seat golf cart made it super easy to get to Publix, to the beach, and to ride around the resort to view all the beautiful landscaping and scenery. We will be back again and again. We loved it!

Great location, fabulous house

This community and the amenities are fantastic, and the house was beautifully decorated and SPOTLESS. The golf cart was a blast and allowed us to ditch the car for most of the week. We were initially hesitant about the distance from the beach, but the short ride on the golf cart was way more convenient than the "short walk" we have had with other properties, and there was a ton of parking once there - hassle free. We will definitely return!

Short getaway

We came to Destin to help a few friends with an event. After the long day, this property was so cozy to come back to and relax. We sat on the front porch in the evening and just enjoyed the calmness. We were able to enjoy the golf cart and took a short ride to the shops where we had dinner. Everyone was extremely kind. The house was decorated beautifully and spotless. Each furniture piece was worth talking about!!! I hope we can come back and stay here again next time. Thank you !!! Kelly and Shelley!!!

New Year Celebration

Our experience was wonderful! Only had one mishap I wanted to share. Once we got there we had someone enter the home without knocking using the key pad entry. Pretty shocked to have a stranger walk in on us. I asked her who she was and she said the “inspector.” Still didn’t give name. She was coming to check behind the cleaning people.

Not As It Seems

The pictures of the property are beautiful and fitting for a San Destin home. However, the property was very dirty upon arrival. Bed sheets were not changed, roaches discovered, dirty dishes in cupboards, and a toilet leaked. Property manager was relatively quick to address issues but several and recurring requests were necessary to do so. Sadly, while we visit the area yearly, our family will not stay at this home again due to a disappointing experience. :(

Beautiful rental home!!

Our Family of three and a friend had an Amazing trip in this beautiful home at 1345 Ravens Run East in Sandestin in Laurel Grove. Everything was perfect- spotless! The House was clean and beautifully decorated. The colors were soothing and the some of the furnishing were very old & gorgeous. It would have been interesting to know where they came from & the stories they could tell. It is spacious with the open floor plan of the den, dining room, & kitchen. It easily would be comfortable for 6 people. The mattresses were comfortable too. The Golf cart was a blast and made it an easy ride to the beach and ride around the resort...had dinner a few nights in Baytowne Wharf & rented a pontoon boat at the Sandestin marina. The property manager, Dave, was very helpful! The Check in was easy as was the check out. The neighborhood is beautiful....would recommend 10/10! Our family will definitely be back!
