The idyllic Tjörnin lake, Reykjavik harbour, and the scenic foot and bicycle path that runs around the Reykjavik seaside are close by.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor in a stylish architect designed apartment block. It has an open plan kitchen and living room with floor to ceiling windows, 2 double bedrooms with black out blinds, new and modern appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer and two balconies: one south facing with view of Öskjuhlíð forest and the other facing the communal garden.
