From the moment we entered the property we were surrounded by warm hospitality. We stayed in one of the apts in the house. The 2two bedrm apt was spacious and recently renovated, everything needed was inthere, the apt was decorated with a great taste, and had stunning views over the Basilica. The apt is in the heart of old town, in a walking distance we were able to see famous historical sights and admire gorgeous churches. By all means I recommend staying at this property and will be planning to return there with my family during my next visit to Quito.

Great despite a few snafus
Despite a snafu between computer systems, the property manager went all out to make us welcome. Even ongoing construction, painting, and dust everywhere could not dim the charm of this apartment. We had a wonderful stay!

Patrick was raised in Ecuador. We decided to purchase a place we could visit when we traveled back to this beautiful country to visit his family and also build the estate so it could be shared by many. We transformed the home into 5 unites while maintaining it's historic charm.
