Spacious, welcoming rooms, all with natural light and fully equipped and appointed to guarantee a pleasant stay, and also it has a balcony. The apartment is on the sixth floor of the Estrella building, between two of Quito's five main avenues - 12 Octubre and 6 Diciembre, within walking distance from many of the city's attractions.
La Mariscal is a traditional neighborhood and welcomes many tourists, most of whom come to have fun, relax, meet people, enjoy the local restaurants and buy craft items from around Ecuador.

Ecuador Visit
Edwin was a great host. He was friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The apartment was as advertised. Well fnished, clean and comfortable. plenty of space for our fsmoly of four. Edwin also provided many great recommendations and helped coordinate activities as well as transportation to and from the airport.
