We had an excellent stay! There were four of us in the apartment, and all the beds were comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, our host was communicative and helpful, the check-in and checkout process was easy and uncomplicated. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben das Apartment kurzfristig einen Tag vor Anreise gebucht. Unsere Tochter ist leider mit hohem Fieber aufgewacht und wir wollten ihr eine 8 stündige Anreise ersparen. Eine Stornierung wurde nicht gewährt, auch nicht teilweise. Das ist schade aber verständlich. Wir kamen nachts an. Das Haus von außen sieht aus wie eine Baustelle, ebenso der gesamte Eingang und das Treppenhaus. Die Heizungen waren aus und es stand ein zusätzlicher elektrischer Heizer im Raum der uns schon stutzig gemacht hat. Es waren nur Sommerdecken bezogen (wir sprechen hier von ende Dezember). Wie vermutet wurde die Wohnung nicht mehr warm diese Nacht. Große Spalte in der Eingangstür verursachten nachts einen kalten Zug über die Köpfe. Alles andere als günstig mit krankem Kind. Das Schlafsofa haben wir als Alternative versucht, ist es aber nicht. Es ist sehr ungemütlich und man fühlt die Metallstrukturen durch die Matratze. Durch die fehlenden Heizkörper in der Küche und das leerstehende Gebäude ist generell eine Kälte vorhanden und der Boden war nie angenehm warm. Die Küche ist mittelmäßig ausgestattet. Es fehlen viele Utensilien wie scharfe Messer um hier gut zu kochen.Insgesamt wirkt der Raum gemütlicher auf den Bildern. In Realität scheint alles sehr „pappig“ zu sein und weniger hochwertig. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht ausgezogen und sind die restlichen vier Tage nicht zur Wohnung zurückgekehrt.Für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet.Parksituation: nur Anwohnerparken!
