This living area is available with 4 proper sleeping accommodations (also the sofa bed 160x200 has real mattresses and good sleeping comfort), fully equipped kitchen, shower, toilet, 2 TVs, DVD player, terrace with seating and WLan modernized available and is really a small one gem!

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment "Base" on the ground floor is newly renovated, has 1.5 rooms, about 40 square meters and is lovingly furnished and stylishly furnished. From the mattresses to the teaspoon, here everything is in top condition !!!

The apartment "Base" is with 4 real sleeping accommodations (a double bed 1,50x2,00 m and a sofa bed 1,60x2,00 m with real mattresses and very good sleeping comfort), fully equipped kitchen, shower, toilet, 2x HD TV, DVD Player, terrace with seating, private entrance and WLan modernized available and is really a little gem!

If you have guests or want to spend a weekend in Hamburg, then you are right with us!

It is worthwhile in any case to be a guest in Hamburg !!!

The traffic connection; Bus and subway to the city center and the airport are also within walking distance as well as shopping, restaurants and restaurants !!! To buy a breakfast, go 100 m to get one served 500 m (starting price breakfast from 2,00 €).
Down to the city center and the main station take the subway (station 500m away) without changing just 30 minutes. A taxi to the airport would cost you a good 10 € and about 10 minutes door to door! The next big shopping center is just one stop away on the subway! Likewise, the leisure pool Arriba and various other recreational opportunities are nearby! Great location

Came to Hamburg for a Taylor swift concert and this location was great. Very close to the ULine and accessible to the stadium and the city. The host was wonderful and always there and checking if we were good. We had a great stay.

Very Clean and Comfortable

This property worked very well for my teenaged sons and myself. The apartment was very clean, organized, and felt much like home! We only wish we had more time to spend in Hamburg. Thank you!!

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung im Hamburger Norden. Gut zu erreichen per U-Bahn. Die Unterkunft bietet alles nötige was man braucht. Wer Luxus braucht und Wellness ist hier falsch, wer es gemütlich und klein mag ist hier preislich komplett richtig.Für ein langes Wochenende oder 3 Tage Städtetrip gut geeignet. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein erfüllt aber seinen Zweck.

Apartment in Top Lage, super Anbindung an die Öffis. Etwas Punkteabzug wegen doch etwas arg mangelnder Privatsphäre aufgrund sehr dünner Wände bekommt man alles mit was der Mitbewohner auf der Toilette macht. Die besagte Toilette muss man leider sagen ist vom Platz her auch sehr klein. Wenn man sich hinsetzen möchte muss man aufpassen dass man sich nicht den Kopf an der Tür stößt. Erinnerte ein bisschen an eine U-Boot Toilette. Ansonsten schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit grünem Hinterhof.

König der Löwen

Das Musical haben wir mit einem Städtetrip verbunden. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen gute Verbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und man ist für sich durch den separaten Zugang. Die Größe war für uns drei grenzwertig zu viert wie beschrieben finde ich persönlich zu klein. Es war aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt super.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit drei Personen für eine Nacht in Hamburg. Das Apartment hat ins gut gefallen und entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Es gibt Parkplätze in der Nachbarschaft was in HH eine Seltenheit ist. Der nahe gelegene Aldi hat unser Frühstück gesichert. Das Apartment ist sauber und gemütlich. Was hier einige Stinkstiefel als Bewerung abgeben ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir kommen gern wieder und können es nur empfehlen.

Hamburg ist eine Reise wert - und dieses Apartment ist eine sehr gute Basis

Sehr saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Hamburg (ca 30 min mit der U-Bahn in die Innenstadt). Leider keine Informationen zum Check-in, aber dennoch unkompliziert. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zwischen 5 und 10 Jahren ist die Unterkunft vielleicht etwas klein, aber als Basis zum Essen und Schlafen absolut geeignet.

Empfehlenswert

Genau wie beschrieben aber wirkte trotzdem größer als erwartet da die Räume wo man sich nur kurze Zeit aufhält (oder schläft) platzsparend gestaltet sind sodass das Wohnzimmer angenehm viel Platz bietet. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel u Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nahe. Erstaunlich leise in der FeWo trotz der Nähe zur Straße. Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe leicht möglich.

Die Wohnung war ausreichend für unseren Zweck. Es war kühl in der Wohnung trotz das die Heizung auf 5 war und den Vermieter bescheid gegeben wurde. Es roch auch sehr muffig modrig in der Wohnung

Gemütliches Hamburg

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns auf den ersten Blick wirklich gut gefallen, sie ist sehr schön ausgestattet und es wurde an Alles gedacht, was es für einen Kurzurlaub braucht :) Aufgrund der Größe und Aufteilung des Appartements ist es von Vorteil, dass sich alle gut kennen und aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen :) Für uns als Familie war das unproblematisch ! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich , auch mit dem netten Hund . Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen, auch wegen der sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung und den nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Freundliche Grüße aus dem Rheinland nach Hamburg

Sehr unangenehm. Die Wohnung war zwar geputzt aber die Ecken an den weißen Fußleisten waren schwarz. Die Teppiche sehr stark verschmutzt sowie Flecken im Stoff der Stühle in der Essecke. Schimmel im Bad / Dusche. Auch wurde hier Schimmel schon vorher entfernt. Ungeziefer wie Spinnen waren auch in der Wohunng. Der Feuerlöscher 10 Jahre alt und nie überprüft. Die Rauchmelder falsch montiert.Jeden Abend im Obergeschoss gepollter als würden Möbel gerückt. Und die Wohnung zu kalt so das wir mit einer starken Erkältung vorzeitig am Sonntag den 02.12.23 schon Abreisen mussten. Der Vermieter hat sich nicht sehen lassen und seine Frau hat bei Ankunft nur gemeint da wir mit und angekommen waren, was ist den das für ein Hund.

Kleines aber feines Apartment

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Hund für eine Nacht dort. Ziemlich kleine Küche und ganz kleine Dusche mit WC. Aber alles war sauber, schöne Lage direkt an einem Park, man brauchte nur über die Straße. Für eine Nacht war das für uns ok.

Alles TOP: „klein aber fein“

Insgesamt eine nette Unterkunft. Als Ausgangspunkt zwischen Bad Bramstedt und Hamburg optimal. Nur nach Hamburg sind es mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln etwa 30 Minuten. Aufgrund der Größe des Appartments darf bei den Reisenden insgesamt keine Berührungsangst bestehen (Stichwort: eine Toilette, eine Dusche). Die Dusche könnte einen „neuen Anstrich“ erhalten (Duschkopf hat leichte Kalkablagerungen). Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt ist etwas schwierig, da nicht direkt vor dem Appartment geparkt werden darf (von der Seite des Grundstücks). Von der anderen Seite, der eigentliche Ein- und Ausgang, muss man hoffen, dass der Parkplatz vor dem Eingang frei ist (Hürde: hoher Bordstein). Koffer mit Rollen sind demnach ratsam. Die Gastgeber reagieren super schnell auf Anfragen und sind dabei stets freundlich. Für unser verlängertes Wochenende ausreichend.

entspricht nicht der Beschreibung

Das Apartment ist viel kleiner als beschrieben und liegt an einer Hauptstraße. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2 Personen: lediglich ein Bett und ein Sofa. Es roch nach Schimmel. Das Apartment liegt direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse. Wir haben das Apartment gar nicht erst bezogen, sondern sind direkt in ein Hotel gegangen. Hätte man Größe ,Schlafgelegenheiten und Lage (Nähe zur Straße) korrekt beschrieben, hätten wir das Apartment nie gebucht. Schade um die 150 €. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Hamburg ist eine Reise wert.

Der Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist die Nähe zur U - Bahn. Der Reisende darf an die Ausstattung, der Wohnung, aber keine hohen Ansprüche haben. Wie in vielen Ferienwohnungen, die wir besucht haben,war auch in dieser das Bett eine Zumutung. Die Räumliche Enge des Schlaf und Badezimmers war der geringen Wohnfläche geschuldet. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte überarbeitet werden. Abgesehen von diesen Kleinigkeiten, hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in Hamburg.Wir haben viel gesehen und erlebt. Der Reisende sollte zur Stadterkundung den Nahverkehr nutzen. Es ist sehr Entspannend mit U - und S - Bahn zu fahren. Wir werden Hamburg wieder Besuchen. Gruß aus Osnabrück

Klein aber fein

Wir hatten zu dritt einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, netter Vermieter und ausreichend Platz für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt. Zu zweit reicht es auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt völlig aus. Ein Bett mit sehr weichen und eins mit recht harten Matratzen, sodass für jeden was passendes dabei ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nettes Häuschen, zweckmäßig

Nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen mit Landhaus- Charme. Es gab sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu viert definitiv zu eng. Raumaufteilung gewöhnungsbedürftig, Bettwäsche wurde gestellt, die Decken könnten allerdings mal eine Wäsche vertragen. Was-auch-immer-Flecken vom Vorbesucher sind nicht gerade lecker, wenn man die Betten selbst beziehen muss... Das Bettzeug sollte der Jahreszeit angepasst werden, wir haben allesamt gefroren trotz warmer Heizung. Satin- oder Mikrofaserbettwäsche ist kühl auf der Haut und nicht jedermanns Sache, mit Baumwolle wäre vielleicht besser geeignet. Im Großen und Ganzen aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Dank der detaillierten Beschreibung auch abends im Dunkeln gut zu finden.
