Had a fantastic stay. Exceeded expectations. Perfect location for exploring Cambridge and also easy access to travel further. All kitchen appliances/equipment worked brilliantly. A quiet road and very comfy beds made for good nights sleep! Communication was prompt and very helpful. Lots of excellent advice. The parking space is a boon and easy to get to. Can’t praise this property enough. If you’re thinking of booking it don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely house, fantastic location close to the river and an easy walk along the river path into the city. Lots of thoughtful touches. Comfortable beds and use of an exclusive parking space at the rear, which is important as there is little parking in the area. Would stay again.

Being so close to the river and having that easy walk into the city is something we truly love about the location as well, so we’re glad it made your stay even more special. Great accommodation and peaceful area

My daughter and I stayed here for four days. We loved the house and the area. Easy walk across the river to town, convenient bus service when we didn’t want to walk, and plenty of room to relax after our busy days. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely family home

Had a great long weekend. Bedrooms are good size, kitchen worked well. Good location for walks alongside river into town. NB Car parking permit worked well but have to unload car first and then park car 5 minutes away. Would stay again.

Great location for our month long stay

The property was perfect for our family of 5 for a month-long stay. The location was great for us — walkable and bikeable to the central city, and close to a bus stop for longer trips. The property was clean and consistent with the online booking. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The kitchen included all the things we needed to prepare many meals, and we made use of the laundry facilities. Overall, this was a great home base for many memories made in Cambridge.

Lovely clean house, great communication, and location!

This was a great property - really clean, great location, comfortable beds and clean towels etc. The property was a little "sparse" for my taste - not too homey feeling, but it was so clean and had everything that was needed. i would certainly stay again. The communication with the team House Luchini was fantastic - they were proactive and always answered any communication in a very short time. I was really impressed.

I really liked the house. It was beautiful and well appointed. My only feedback is to provide more towels, especially for longer stays. I also couldn’t find trash bags and cleaning supplies and had to run out for those. They did have laundry supplies which was lovely.

Trash bags are provided in the property, and we would have appreciated it if you had reached out during your stay so we could have assisted you. We also appreciate your feedback on the towels and will look into improving that for longer stays.

Excellent Stay

Property was very clean and as advertised. Nice and bright house in very nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds, a really nice living/sitting/dinning room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. A perfect place for a family. We stayed with our 9mo old and the property provided a portable crib and a high chair which were appreciated. Really good communication with owner/manager. This property is about a 20 min walk to central Cambridge. It is a very scenic walk. There are also a few pubs and shops in the more immediate neighborhood.

Very cosy and comfortable accommodation, perfect hosts

It was a wonderful time we had in this little cosy house. Everything went smoothly: communication beforehand, check in, our actual stay and check out. The host is very welcoming and quick to respond. Everything was perfect. We would come again for sure! The only thing to improve is the sleeping situation in the main bedroom: it is a king size bed with one mattress (a quite "bumpy" one) and one cover. It might be a cultural thing, but we find that the sleep on two separate mattresses and two covers is much more comfortable as the one does not influence the other's sleep when rolling over during the night. Also the bumpy mattress transmits any movement to the other. - We were three persons hence we could distribute ourselves so that everyone had its mattress and thus deep sleep.

Hello Samuel, Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that everything from communication to check-out went smoothly. It’s always our goal to make guests feel welcome and well looked after. We also really appreciate your feedback about the sleeping arrangement in the main bedroom. It’s a helpful observation and not something we often hear, so we’ll definitely take it into consideration when planning future upgrades—comfort is a top priority for us. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

This place is awesome you can walk right to Cambridge no need for a car. The parking instructions are really good it is a video showing you exactly where to go to park in your private parking space. Very convenient. We would stay here again. We left a pillow behind and they were kind enough to ship it to our next destination these people are wonderful.
