Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deposit charges:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the booking.

• Parties, excessive noise or failure to comply with quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, by default until 10:00.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Key left in the lock.

• Use of glass objects in the pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not restocked during your stay. Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the deposit and paying the tourist tax.
