Welcome to "Quartier Karl" on the Kaßberg! This part of Chemnitz, which is known beyond the city limits, is one of the largest Wilhelminian and Art Nouveau districts in Germany. Our accommodation is centrally located in the northern part of the Kaßberg.

This awaits you: 2 bedrooms, living room, modern kitchen with full equipment, workplace, bathroom, guest toilet.

The parking space with the number 7 belongs to the apartment.

Please note the passage width of the driveway (<= 1.90 meters)!

Linen package for extra charge (15 euros per person per stay). Comforters and pillows are available, no towels.

A total of two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, are available.

A large living room and a modern kitchen complete the offer. Modern technology is offered by our workplace and supports you professionally in your professional activities. Our flat is equipped with a bathroom (shower) as well as a second, smaller guest toilet. The existing parking area in the property offers space for one vehicle (Attention! Narrow gateway 1.90 m). Amazing accomodation!

Property was clean, and really nice furnitured. Kitchen is bright new and contain all equipment you need for cook. Internet, netflix... were available and connection was in good speed. Parking place is inside of house is available, but gate was not too wide for our car. Nevetheles close is bus stop, from where you can be in 8 mins in city center. Calm and nice location, really like it!

Die Wohnung war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Da die Schlafzimmer zum Hof liegen, ist es sehr ruhig und guter Schlaf garantiert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem tollen Stadtviertel mit wunderbaren Jugendstilhäusern, Restaurants und Cafés. Aus diesen Gründen ist diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert. Auch die Stadt Chemnitz ist interessant und hat uns gut gefallen.

Stilvolle Wohnung in einem tollen Viertel

Wir hatten drei Übernachtungen in dieser wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Durch die Fenster zum Innenhof waren die Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Viertel Kaßberg hatte wirklich sehr gute Restaurants und Cafés (Wir waren u.a. in Ronny´s Restaurant und in der Eisdiele Eiszapfen.) Die Jugendstilgebäude im Viertel haben uns beeindruckt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Chemnitz bietet interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Ausstellungen (z.B. Munch).

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren zu viert in dieser schönen Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Konnten bei Sonnenschein und angenehmen Temperaturen auch den Balkon nutzen. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar, sofern man, wie wir, gerne spazieren geht.

Schöner Aufenthalt - wir kommen wieder

Sehr schöne und gut renovierte Wohnung. Die Wohnung sieht wie auf den Bildern aus - farblich schön gestaltet. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Die Toreinfahrt ist zwar eng, aber mit eingeklappten Spiegeln hat es funktioniert. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt und wir konnten auch den Balkon zum sonnen nutzen. Dies war nicht unsere letzte Buchung in der Wohnung.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Wenn man aber nicht sehr jung und schlank ist, ist die doch sehr dünne Matratze nicht sehr gemütlich und die sehr schlanke Dusche etwas unbequem. Aber alles andere war super und wie beschrieben.
