Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe der fußläufig erreichbaren Innenstadt. Kontakt zum Vermieter erfolgte immer sehr schnell und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Gehobene Ausstattung mit vollausgestatteter Küche (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster...), WZ mit Flat-TV und kostenlosem WLAN.Das obere Schlafzimmer hatte eine transportable Klimaanlage. Tolles Bad mit Dusche & Badewanne. Die Toilette war ein heißer Stuhl, da der Überdruck des Heizungswassers in den Spülkasten abgeleitet wurde.Die Parkplatzsuche sollte eingeplant werden. Be- und Entladen vor dem Haus ist kurzfristig möglich. Gepäck muss in die 4. Etage getragen werden. Wir hatten das Glück, das die Küche mit guten Küchenutensilien (Filtertüten, etwas Kaffee, Frischhalte- und Alu-Folie, Gewürze) ausgestattet war. Ob dieses Standard ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Wir haben uns jedenfalls darüber gefreut.Alles in Allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer nett und die Kommunikation lief super.

Weltoffenes Chemnitz

Wir haben den zehntägigen Aufenthalt in Chemnitz als überaus angenehm empfunden: sehr viel Kultur, interessante Begegnungen, offene, gelöste, harmonische Atmosphäre bei einem hervorragend organisierten Hutfestival. Unser Quartier am Sonnenberg war bestens gelegen, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Von unserer Dachwohnung aus hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Kulturstadt. Das Gastgeberpaar durften wir kurz kennenlernen: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ansonsten zurückhaltend besorgt - wie es sein soll. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
