Disliked: Communication
Could not provide a rating on the property because we never got the opportunity to use it due to rail strike, flooding and landslides stopping us from reaching Como. Travel to Como shut down for 3 of the 4 reserved days. Will however provide a rating for the agency "MY HOME IN COMO", 0-Terrible. Do not respond to messages on their site, did not offer refund due to inability to reach property, number is not answered when called. Extremely unprofessional. Will visit Como in future but not at "My Home In Como" agency managed property:
