The accommodation was very spacious (the rooms are huge) and in an excellent location - close enough that we could walk to everything, but in an area that was still very quiet at night. A few issues with checkin information not being sent as promised, but everything was worked through politely and fairly quick to minimize delays.

We really liked the apartment—it was clean and located in a quiet area not far from the center. Most importantly, there is air conditioning in every room! I recommend staying here to anyone planning to visit Lake Como!

Great stay! The condo was really well stocked - kitchen had everything we needed and the little extras made it feel like home. AC was a lifesaver during the heat wave we hit while we were there; it kept the place cool no matter how hot it got outside. Location is perfect too, just a 5-minute walk to the historical center and close to pretty much everything else. Joe was super responsive the whole time, answered questions fast, and made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Our 2nd stay in this great apartment

We liked this place so much we came back for a 2nd visit, and I'm leaving another 5* review. It's a great, quiet location which is only 15 mins walk from the lakeside and 5 mins from Como Borghi station which makes getting to it really easy and no need for a hire car. 10 minute walk to the local Lidl if you want groceries, but the basics are all provided which is great. A spacious apartment which would be great for a couple, friends, or a family.

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 boys ages 15 and 13) and we stayed 2 nights in the Como apartment in early July 2026. We thought the apartment was very nice. Self check in went smoothly using information sent by the owner. The owner was excellent with communication. We parked in the building's garage with no issues. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable (with three air conditioning units), well-appointed, and very centrally located. We loved the two balconies and enjoyed the location in central Como. We had no issues with staying here. Self-check in - especially using the secure parking space - did require navigating several steps upon arrival, but the clear instructions made it all pretty easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought it apartment was as advertised and - perhaps most importantly to us - an excellent value. We all wished we could have stayed longer than just two nights. If we planned another trip to Como we would gladly stay here again!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful town

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. The location is quiet, central, close to Como Borgo station and about a 15 minute walk to the lake. The apartment is spacious with good quality towels and linen and plenty of storage space. Everything you need in the kitchen for self catering. We would return and would definitely recommend it.
