The apartment was as advertised. Clean, great location but not facing the street so it was very quiet. The host helped me with a few questions and was gracious and friendly. Quick walk to the central train station and a 2 min walk to the riverside restaurants and bars

If you value your vacation, do NOT stay at a Guest Ready managed property. We had many issues and management was indifferent and arrogant.I arrived at 3:15pm. Check-in was listed as 3pm, plans were to put luggage down, clean up and head out for scheduled events.However, the apt was still being cleaned and no where near ready. We tried to talk to the cleaner about leaving our bags but he didn't speak any English and was very angry and waived us off, we had to drag our bags out to find storage. Our plans were now messed up before we even started.We contacted management, they emailed us an hour later that the room will 'soon' be ready, This meant around 6pm. The problems continued...The air conditioner remote had dead batteries, so we took the batteries from the TV remote and turned the Air Condition on, the problem was it didn't work and had an error code 'EF'. Next we tried the TV, it turned on to a picture with lines running up and down the screen!The apartment was hot, so we messaged Guest Ready about all the problems and asked if we could be moved to another room. Hours and hours went by, until 1 or 2am when they replied that a technician will come over and look into the issue. By this time we are losing sleep from the heat. No tech came by the next day, our request for another room was ignored. Check out? They emailed us that we had to leave by 8am for cleaners, normal check out was 11am!!!Don't gamble! Book a place where they care!!!
