Super apartment. Great hosts. Excellent location. Very quiet and a lot of privacy. Venice is easy to reach by tram (1,50 per ride). If we go back to Venice this is our apartment.

Amazing Location

This place is perfect! Simonetta was so friendly and helpful. The tram and bus are literally around the corner and it's only 1,50 Euro for a 20 minute ride into Venice. There's also grocery stores, cafe, and restaurants within an easy 5 min walk. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderfull days in Venice!

A beautiful flat, clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The location is perfect: in a small quiet street, supermarket nearby, and a bus stop to Venice (with a ticket machine) just around the corner. The communication with the host was exemplary - so nice and helpful.

Beautiful Place

The unit is lovely. So are the owners. This place was so well laid out. Cozy and comfortable with lots of space. Walking distance to the bus/tram service, which you'll need to get to Venice. I'll stay again if I ever go to Venice.

Lovely apartment close to public transportation

The apartment was very nice and comfortable and had a lovely garden. Simonetta was very attentive in communicating with me, giving me directions and important details for getting to the apartment, and checking us in. I just wish we could have stayed longer! We appreciated there being a lavatrice for us to use and coffee for us to make to help us wake up before going out :) We loved the street and neighborhood, too and that is was so close to public transportation. Grazie mille per tutto!

The apartment was very clean. The bedroom was spacious and the space was wonderful. One suggestion fir the host is to turn the AC on for guests. It was 87.8 degree F at 1045p. So we didn't sleep well after traveling 14 hours that day. Even if it was set at like 79 or 80 itwould have been more t

Charming apt near Venice!

What wonderful Hosts: Bruno and Simonetta! Beautiful apt in a lovely, quaint village w restaurants, gelotteria, pharmacy, grocery store and Pizzerias...just a cab ride from Marco Polo! with lots of light (large windows, which all open and close!) and ample space, including nice wardrobes and a huge bathroom w a great shower head, water pressure, and stall! In addition, the tram is located just a short walk w direct service to Venezia for a mere $1.50 one way! This is a Gem, if ever in Venice... Thank you so much! to our gracious hosts!

First class all the way!

Simonetta was the perfect host. She met us upon arrival, showed us everything we needed to know, gave us tips on public transportation and restaurants, and made us feel so welcome! The bus and tram to Venice is less than a 5 minute walk. After leaving, we realized we left our passports. We hurriedly called Simonetta and she VERY GRACIOUSLY offered to bring them to us at the bus terminal in Venice. She did not have to do that! She truly is the kindest lady! Best Place to Stay in Venice!!

This place is amazing. The communication with the host was amazing and provided great detail to arrive at her place. It’s super easy to get to Venice centre to this place with a very cheap bus ride. I was travelling across Italy with my wife for a week and this is far the best place we booked. This place is very secure and safe. The neighborhood is very safe and good to live in. I must say the host did a great job keeping the place clean and furnished. I loved the openness of the apartment. So much room it felt better than a hotel room. She also had a welcome booket to navigate Venice with important information. Can’t say anything bad about her place. If you’re planning on staying in Venice this is a must book. Also I must mention it’s very good pricing as Venice can get very expensive.

Sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Auslagungslage für die Fahrt nach Venedig. Der Bus ist in weniger als 4 min zu erreichen und fährt nur ca. 20 min bis nach Venedig. Die Ausstattung der der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Alles ist vorhanden Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Simonetta was very welcoming and helpful, she organized a taxi for us back to the airport. The property was very clean, big kitchen and nice little garden. Beds were comfortable and the shower was brilliant. The apartment is few minutes walk to tram/bus station to Venice, but public transport can be busy.

Un charmant pied à terre !

Le logement est très propre et assez spacieux pour 4 personnes ( le frigidaire est un peu petit pour 4 personnes ) situé à 2 mn à pied du tram c'est un lieu idéal pour visiter Venise et les environ. Je recommande ce logement qui est vraiment agréable et très bien situé !

A very nice place

We were staying near Venice with 3 kids. There was enough space for the 5 of us. The mattress were comfortable. It is located in a quiet street. The center of Venice is only 20 minutes away by bus. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. We enjoyed our stay there and hope we can come back sometime.

Court séjour estival

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, l'appartement est spacieux, équipé, bien climatisé, confortable et très propre. Simonetta nous a très gentiment accueillis, et nous avons pu garer notre voiture facilement. L'accès à Venise est simple et relativement rapide (30 mn par le tram, et l'arrêt est à 2 mn de la maison !). On peut acheter très facilement les titres de transport à l'arrêt du tram, lui-même climatisé et propre. Il y a aussi une bonne pâtisserie juste à côté. Bref, une expérience à renouveler pour profiter encore plus de la région.

This was a good base for our trip to Venice, initially felt a bit too far from main island however it’s only a 15 minute bus ride away and actually worked out well as it was nice to chill out away from the bustle of the main island. Nice, clean and spacious apartment and very pleased with it. Shops were within walking distance so very convenient. The owner was super friendly, welcoming and had lots of information for in and around Venice. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt, die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und die Tram nach Venedig ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Empfehlenswert.

Die Buchung hat reibungslos geklappt . Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hatte gute Tipps. Die Wohnung ist für ein Kurzaufenthalt in Venedig perfekt - mit der Strassenbahn ist man in 30 Minuten auf der Insel. Die Haltestelle ist einige Schritte vom Haus entfernt und die Bahn fährt alle 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, einschliesslich einer kleiner Terasse. In der Nähe sind Bäcker, Supermärkte und ein mehrfach prämiierter Pizza -Weltmeister der eine ganz leckere Pizza macht. Die Betten sind super - wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Venedig ist ein Besuch wert, wenn auch völlig überlaufen.Mit den 1, 2 oder 3 Tageskarten ( die sehr empfehlenswert sind ) kann man den ganzen Tag mit allen öffentlichen Verkahrsmittel einschliesslich Vaporetto herumfahren. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, und empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter.
