Great location. Very nice apartment. The host was very helpful getting us to the property as I was having navigation issues with my phone. The place is set up for a long term stay with everything you need.

We had a short lovely stay in Venice. The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. The communication was excellent. The location was PERFECT. The AC was amazing after long days of seeing the beauty of the city. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is truly in the center of it all. We were a 5-8 minute walk from everything we wanted to see. It's also a 2 min walk from the San Angelo canal stop. Know that there is a washer but no dryer and the bedroom can be loud at times with people walking by.

Everything was perfect, the host allowed an early check-in as we arrived before we planned. It was clean, the air conditioner was excellent, and the location was fantastic.We were only five minute walk from the main canal and in a shopping district area with plenty of restaurants.The host also provided excellent directions and how to find the property and was very quick to respond to any questions.We would stay again in a minute!

Perfect location. Right off the water bus dock which puts you anywhere along the canal in minutes. Far enough away from main spots so it’s quiet. Huge space for 2 people and very modern finishes. Thanks for sharing your space!

Apartment pretty much as advertised. For whatever reason, communications wrt directions and final instructions for arrival/ check/in were a bit challenging, but upon arrival everything was fine. St Angelo water bus terminal is very close, and only one small canal bridge to cross with luggage. Relatively easy. Centrally located to both St Marks square and Rialto Bridge. Bed is not the most comfortable. Washer only, no dryer, but none advertised despite a washer user manual that says it’s a combo washer/dryer… go figure, Towel heating rack apparently does not work. Above are details but overall an excellent apartment at that price point.

This stay is awesome!! It’s in a great location, close to everything but still secluded from the busy foot traffic. The apartment is pretty large and plenty of space for two people. Everything worked great, and the AC was wonderful to come back to after a hot day. Washer was helpful too, and drying rack for laundry. Would love to stay again!!

The stay and accommodations were very nice. Unexpected perk was clothes washer, so had a chance to laundry before leaving. No drier, but a nice rack to hang clothes on. The place is only a relatively short water taxi from the train station, but would have been helpful if more direction was given in that regard. Gas water heater had trouble kicking in at first, but was able to resolve. Great location, only a short walk to all the main stuff to see in Venice.

This apartment was incredible! The location was perfect, close enough the all the major spots but still out of the way of large crowds. Definitely a great place to stay both short and long term! Highly recommend!
