Bright modern conversion of stone cottage with all the facilities one could want. Sparkling clean and an excellent 'goodies' pack.Good restaurants within 20 minute drive and an very good pub a short walk away in the village. Most of the Peak District attractions and walks within a 35 minute drive. Could not fault the property or its location.
We cannot recommend this property highly enough. It is the best rental we have stayed in our 30plus years of travel. Every detail has been thought of and the property has been renovated to a high level of detail. The kitchen has everything you need and all utensils etc are of a high quality. The kitchen knives are sharp - almost unheard of in a holiday rental. Taddington is a great little village and well located as a base for seeing the key sights in the wonderful Peak District. The welcome pack including a Bakewell tart is a nice gesture.
