Electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 60” plasma TV, Blu-ray/DVD player with a selection of DVDs, PlayStation 3, Radio/CD, iPod dock, WiFi, small library of books/games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Secure gated side garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. One small well-behaved dog welcome with shared use of a 3-acre grass paddock where dogs can run off the lead. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop within 4.3 miles, pub within 0.3 miles.
