Clean, easy check in, great communication, good size accommodation.This is in an absolute ideal location we spent the weekend here for Coldplay and used the Great Portland Street tube stop 9 minute walk or less and 3/4 stops from Wembley Park and easy access to everywhere in London.

Great property and location

We needed somewhere for us and our three dogs for a weekend stay in London. We thought this property was expensive compared to others, but when you consider location, which is pretty much central London, ease of access and the garden for our three dogs, it turned out to be one of the best places we have booked (and we have booked many this year via Vrbo and Air B&B. The property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

4 bed local authority house, 1960's vintage. House has everyghing you need. Great location, plenty of shops and restaurants within 10 mins walk. Great for underground or bus services.

The location of the property is quiet and everything you need is nearby. Supermarket, Underground and Bus Stop. Also the manager is realy friendly. But the flat itself is realy old. The bathroom was dirty and so we hab to clean it before using. The sink was also clogged. The small "Garden" was unkempt an with a lot of trash. But the bedrooms and the beds are clean.

Multiple beds for our large party. Not all beds are created equal however. One of the single beds was in fact a box spring and not a mattress. Another bed mattress did not fit the bed frame properly but was functional. Location was excellent. Lots of stuff to do in the neighborhood. Communication with the host was not an issue. We did have an official knock at our door looking for the host trying to serve legal papers so that was a bit unnerving. Otherwise all good.

Concernant la maison les chambres étaient convenables mais l'équipement de la cuisine médiocre. Casseroles et poêles très sales inutilisables micro ondes extrêmement endommagé et dangereux à utiliser pas assez de tasses et verres placards sales par conséquent impossible pour nous de prendre le petit-déjeuner et les repas nous avons été obligés d'aller manger à chaque fois dehors ce qui n'était pas prévu et à entraîner pour nous des frais supplémentaires. La salle de bain la baignoire n'était pas propre et le rideau de douche déchiré et moisi ce qui est inacceptable. Des éclairages qui étaient défectueux dans la cuisine et le salon et le jardin en friche pas du tout entretenu on ne pouvait pas y aller. Bref location déplorable. De plus en arrivant nous avons téléphoné au service client Abritel pour nous reloger ou dédommagement car ils nous disait qu'ils étudiaient notre demande avec les photos que nous leur avons envoyées pour preuve à l'appui de notre réclamation ils ne nous ont même pas rappelés ni le jour même ni pendant notre séjour. Ils nous ont laissé carrément tomber INADMISSIBLE ENVERS DES CLIENTS je vais le signaler à 50 millions de consommateurs à moins que Abritel daigne faire un geste commercial voire un dédommagement pour cette location désastreuse. Vraiment très déçue du service Abritel qui apparemment se fout pas mal de la situation de ces clients locataires!!!! Je ne comprends même pas comment les locations ne sont pas contrôlées ENCORE INADMISSIBLE !!!!!
