The main bathroom includes both a bath and shower — a useful feature for families with young children.

This setup suits longer stays, family trips, and guests who prefer to prepare some meals at home.
Private Garden (Rare for Zone 1)

Location Highlights
Earl’s Court is one of London’s most convenient and well-connected neighbourhoods. Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find: - supermarkets (Tesco, Co-op, M&S Food) - cafés and bakeries - international restaurants - green spaces
Nearby attractions include: - Natural History Museum - Science Museum - Victoria & Albert Museum - Hyde Park - Kensington Palace - Royal Albert Hall
Heathrow Airport is approximately 40 minutes door-to-door via the Piccadilly line.
Practical Notes (For Clarity) - The flat sits on a main road, so some traffic noise can be heard in the front bedrooms (triple/double glazing helps) - As a lower-ground flat, natural light levels are moderate; professional photos may appear brighter than reality - Not wheelchair accessible - No parking on-site (typical for Zone 1), but public transport is excellent

Location was excellent, close to grocery stores, restaurants and of course the tube station. The place was much more equipped to cook in the flat then our stay at a preleading stay at another flat. Host was great to communicate with.
The property was very well located super close to the metro and in a safe neighborhood. It was down the street from a supermarket which was very handy. I would stay here again. The host was great and very responsive.
Lovely garden-level unit in an amazing location just steps to the Earl's Court station. Appreciate the host's quick response to messages and accommodating our arrival and departure times.

Thank you for your kind review. I’m very glad you enjoyed the garden flat and the location by Earl’s Court station. It was a pleasure hosting you and you’d be very welcome back anytime you’re next in London.
This was a fantastic rental for our family of 5. There were plenty of beds to sleep in and had everything that our family needed. The garden was nice to have for morning coffee and my kids were excited about the neighbors cats that came to visit the garden. The rental is extremely close to Earls Court station which is convenient when traveling to all the London attractions. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this flat to others. The front single bedroom does get cold. The bunk room was perfect for our 3 kids. The shower had excellent water pressure. If you are a lite sleeper, I would recommend a white noise machine if you sleep in the main bedroom. The street noise wasn’t loud but occasionally you would hear an ambulance. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Washer/dryer unit in one. Kettle and French press available. No actual coffee maker. Toaster and microwave. Wine opener. No dishwasher. Kids cups and utensils available.
One of the best things about this flat is the location. It is incredibly close to the Earl’s Court station, making our exploration of the city very easy. Alex, the host, is also very communicative. The description of the flat provided is honest and accurate.
Loved the location. Just a block off of Earls Court tube entry. Easy to walk around the area, and plenty of shopping. There is road noise in the front bedrooms, but you are told about it in advance and it is normal for anyone who has ever lived in a big city. My only real down side is the walls could use freshening up, the paint is just tired and a little lacking.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. All of our questions were answered before we arrived and we had a couple special needs that were accommodated. It was very clean and comfortable and a nice place to settle in after our long journeys..
This was the ideal place for my group and I to stay while visiting London for the first time. The flat was the perfect size for our group of 5. Even with it being off a busy road, it was peaceful during our stay. The fantastic location to the underground station was very helpful for our travels! I would definitely love to stay again!
The beautiful back garden, in perfect summer weather. Wow!And so close to the station. The host was really helpful, but the supply of cutlery and crockery could benefit from an upgrade.
We had a great time exploring the city! The Hop on Hop off bus was just minutes away. The tube was close by. We found grocery shops near. A great get away!
The is a GREAT flat, 1/2 block from Earl’s Court Underground Station. Walking distance to everything you need for your stay. The Flat itself came with everything!! — fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, it had it all. Alex is a great host, very communicative, very good check in/check out procedure. If we ever make our way back to London, we will definitely stay here again!!!
The absolute best thing about this VRBO is the location. Great access to the Tube and the bus system. The apartment itself is functional but needs attention to furnishings and bathrooms. The photos on the VRBO site are dated and not really reflective of the current condition of the property. Absolutely no fault with the water pressure and plenty of hot water for 6 ladies. A little TLC would go a long way to make this unit more desirable. Alec the owner was a great communicator and very easy to work with. Overall the stay was good.

Great place to stay
Alex is very kind. We have great time in his apartment and the terrace is so nice.
Family site seeing trip to London, lovely property in a very convenient location. William was there to greet and and show us round the flat and gave advice for good restaurants, there is also M&S and Tesco Express within walking distance overall perfect location.
Great location a half block from Underground and 1 long block to grocery store. Clean and we slept 7 rather comfortably. Great water pressure and showers. Nice outdoor patio in back and and seating area with table. On mail street so at times you here emergency vehicles going by. Was not an issue for us though. Couches in main living area could be replaced. But overall, we were very happy with our rental.

About the host
Hosted by Alex
London has been home for many years for me, my three children (16, 14 and 7) and our two dogs. I also spend part of the year in Peru, where my wife is from, and I’m involved in a small distillery project making spirits from local Peruvian ingredients. We enjoy travel, food and cultural experiences, and I try to offer guests the kind of comfortable base I appreciate when visiting other cities.
Guests have full privacy during their stay, and I’m easy to reach if anything comes up during the trip.
Why they chose this property
Earl’s Court sits on the edge of quintessential Kensington and offers one of the most convenient bases in London for exploring the city. You can walk to the heart of Kensington and Chelsea in about 15 minutes, and the Tube (Piccadilly & District lines) is just a minute away for fast access across the city and to Heathrow.
The neighbourhood has a friendly mix of cafés, classic pubs, international restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies — all within a few minutes’ walk. It’s lively enough to feel connected to London life, yet the flat itself offers a practical and cosy retreat after a day in the city.
What makes this property unique
y favourite thing about this flat is how little time you waste getting around London — Earl’s Court Tube (Piccadilly & District lines) is just a minute away, so most of the city and Heathrow can be reached quickly without a car.
In the summer, the private garden becomes a real bonus, offering outdoor space for children to play or a quiet spot to relax after a day in the city — a rare luxury in Zone 1. In winter, if the weather cooperates, the garden has even been known to host the occasional snowman outside the bedroom window. We’ve installed solid English oak flooring throughout, which gives the flat a warm, classical feel.
