Super clean and quiet 2 bedroom cottage 1/2 mile to Sunken Meadow Beach and Cooks Brook Beach 2 miles to National Seashore. Private yard. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Cottage includesA.C., Heat, WIFI, cable TV, DVD and fans in every room. Outside deck with gas and charcoal grills, outdoor heated shower. Great vacation

My family and I had a fantastic vacation in Eastham. The location is beautiful! Lots to do and beautiful beaches. We had lots of privacy. The cottage was clean and perfect for our family. The hosts were wonderful! They were very helpful with suggestions about what to see and do and they made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.We would definitely rent there again!

Bay-side excellence on the Cape

Stayed for a week and it was amazing. The house itself was comfortable and the outdoor space was an extra bonus. Check in was easy and the welcome guide was clear. Ed even stopped by to make sure we were in good shape.

We have rented here before and hope to do so again! Nice, clean up to date cottage, in a good location close to National Seashore, audubon sanctuary and bay beaches. Landlords are helpful and there’s everything you could need for a great stay

Great little getaway

Close to beach…easy walking distance! The house was quite comfortable, and my husband loves an outdoor shower. The fire pit was a great extra spot to socialize! I quite enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place to stay for a Cape Cod retreat. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, within minutes to either bay beaches or the National Sea Shore. Ed and Val keep their cottage exceptionally clean and welcoming.

cozy cottage in great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is very comfortable and the location is fantastic. We found things to do including hiking, beach and restaurants, all within 5-10 minute drive from the cottage. The furthest we went was to PTown about 30 minutes away. There's a nice local beach within a 15 minute walk on quiet roads also.

A perfect cottage

This cottage has everything needed for a great vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a grassy garden to sit and read and maybe bbq that fish for supper. It is also walking distance to a really great beach! The hosts are friendly and ready to help with all questions. A few days there makes me ready to book for next year.

Perfect cottage for a spring getaway

We had a great time during our April school vacation getaway. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s close to all attractions and is walking distance to a few bay beaches which was a great bonus. Ed is a fantastic host. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Excellent cottage

Excellent location for accessing all that the outer Cape has to offer. And when simply relaxing at the cottage and not visiting Cape attractions, there were many amenities (e.g. hot outdoor shower, fire pit, secure storage shed for bicycles, large deck with picnic table, etc., etc.) Host was very accessible for questions and requests, both prior to the rental week and also during the week, but without compromising privacy.
