Steven it’s purpose

First of all, the check in process for me was very unprofessional, I didn’t trust paying in full at the apartment, so I had to go to the main office, which they gave excellent customer service (I must admit) but I had to find my own transport to the apartment. The apartment is located in the VERY STEEP street And with my almost 80yr old mom it was hard for her. Cleanliness wasn’t the best, apartment needs a lot of updating if it’s going to be rented. The goodies and coffee was a treat to have. You will still have to leave everything tidy and clean as well as throwing away your garbage in the dumpster, even though they generally charge for cleaning Rugs were dirty! Overall ok stay. Price wasn’t the best. I rather stay at a hotel next time..

Dear Ruby, we are very sorry to read your comment, after explaining in details that the same person which would have met you at the apartment was one of out office staff. We always meet our clients at the apartment and deal with the whole check-in procedure in place, but you repeatedly insisted that it was not professional. Perhaps you are accustomed in renting apartments around Europe, but you should trust a bit more a professional agency with long term history.

Great stay in Barcelona!

The location of the unit is great! It is quiet, easy to access & in a safe neighbourhood with lots of locals. No hesitation to walk around at night! We are a family of 4 (3 adults and 1 teen, age 14). The number of beds and bedrooms worked well for us. The unit has everything that we needed and the welcome snacks & coffee were appreciated. I wouldn't describe the bathroom as modern; it does serve its purpose without any issues. It would be nice if there could be 2 more towels added as hand towels in the bathroom so we don't have to use our second towels for this purpose. (As a woman with longer hair, I do use my second towel as a hair towel.) As well, I didn't see/find a hair dryer as listed in the amenities. I do trust that if I had asked for it, they would have brought me one. To note, the balcony listed is an interior corridor balcony used for the washing machine and cleaning supplies. There was a faint smell of smoke in the family room area when we got there which seemed to have faded once we got the air flowing in the unit. The unit is smoke-free otherwise with no smell of smoke. Check-in was easy and communication with the management company was quick and easy. Massimiliano (Max) was there to greet us at check-in, gave us a thorough walk-through and patiently answered all the questions that we had. We didn't feel rushed at all. They were responsive throughout our stay and check-out as well. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Lodging Apartments again.

Zimmer und Bett

In Inserat war beschrieben. 3 Zimmer. 2 mit Doppelbett und eine mit Einzelheiten. Gibt nur eine mit Doppelbett. Die andere war Einzelbett. Wenn ich mit eine andere Paar gereise, hat ich eine große Probleme Die Bett von 3 Zimmer ist furchtbar. Sehr unbequem.

Dear Tatiana, the description of the apartment does not mention anywhere about two double bedrooms: it says that there is one room with double bed and two more with single beds. We believe that this detail must have been lost in translation, as we double-checked after your comment and it's totally corresponding to the apartment and the pictures showing the rooms.
