5 bedroom mountain house, next to kicking horse lift at Granby Ranch. Great summer, fall, winter, or spring get away. Skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, swimming, all very accessible. Are you ready to have a place where your entire friends and family and be together in the mountains? This home is 5 bedrooms 3.50 baths with a loft and a basement family room! Plenty of space to be together. Sleeps 12. Kitchen is well stocked. One king bed, three queen beds, and 4 bunk beds. Zero gravity leather couches in living room and reclining chairs in study upstairs. Steps away from the kicking horse ski lift for easy ski access in the winter and trails access out your front door. One of the only lots in Granby Ranch with aspen trees for privacy. All the Granby Ranch amenities are available for an additional fee such as swimming pool and 40 person hot tub spa, gym, ping pong table, foosball. Short Term Rental Permit #005638

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

• Kitchen: Fill dishwasher and start. Do not use the 1 hour mode as it simply doesn’t clean very well. • Turn off ice maker. - Please strip sheets and leave them on the beds.

- If you used swim towels in ski closet, please wash and dry them and put back in the ski closet. Thanks • Return all toys/puzzles/movies to the basement family room.

• Empty kitchen trash can to the dumpster. • Make sure you have left keys to ski closet and garage door opener in the washroom. • Pull front door tight and lock it using the keypad.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I love the mountains and to be their with family. We live in Broomfield, CO about 2 hours away. We enjoy skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, backpacking, camping, and many other outdoor activities.

Why they chose this property

This property has a unique location for skiing in the winter, biking and hiking in the summer. You just walk out the door and you are on ski trails or mountain bike trails. A great place for kids to learn to ski. If there is snow on the road, I can ski from front door to slopes and back again.

What makes this property unique

You will love the look and feel of this mountain home. The wood look is stunning inside and outside so it looks like a mountain home yet has all the modern conveniences. The spa and swimming pool are open nearly year round and just a couple minute drive away.
