Gorgeous ski house sits on one of the best lots aside the Kicking Horse lift in Granby Ranch. Enjoy views of the skiers from the living room, the front or back porch. Home comes equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and full sized bunk bed with trundle in kids' room (not shown in photos). The walkout basement is finished with bedroom, bath and living area that includes theatre seating for a relaxing movie night after a day on the slopes. Take a short walk or drive to the heated pool and hot tub at the base of the mountain. Pool & hot tub access requires fees for guests.

Granby Ranch Ski and Resort is one of Colorado's best kept secrets! In winter, Granby Ranch ski area is great small resort for beginner and intermediate skiers. It also offers, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding and private water fly fishing.

In summer, Granby Ranch chairlift is open for hiking, sight seeing, and some of the best mountain bike trails in Colorado. Granby Ranch also offers a challenging 18 hole golf course, lots of walking trails and private water fly fishing.

Ski area base offers pool, hot tub, bar and good casual dining.
